Baked Apples With Chocolate and Cashews XD

.. i have long since stopped asking why the mad do mad things ...

So i baked these the other day blaugh they were so delicious !
Here's the recipe:
- pre heat oven 375 f
- 4 apples which you core almost to the bottom
- crush up the cashews, but not too much
- grate or cut up chocolate of your choice
- mix cashews and chocolate together
- fill the apples with the mix
- place the apples into a baking pan with about a quarter cup of water
- place in the oven for 30mins
- once they're like a goldeny colour take them out

i'd suggest waiting for them to cool down, coz the inside of the apple is piping hot !! I poured custard over them, but you can use cream or ice cream.
