I seen Welcome to Republic City, and The Leaf in the Wind episodes...both were amazing! I CAN't wait for the next episode! AHHH so excited for it!!!!!
I miss all of the other characters though, but like the new ones. Still want to know what happened to Zukos mom.

In regards to Zuko's mom, we'll have to wait for the rest of the comic The Promise to be published...the first part can be found online and the second part is being released on May 30. It should clear up a lot of the things that happened between the two series. 3nodding

I know she hasn't mastered anything except maybe water, but still. Also, I'm waiting for some more likable characters like Sokka, Toph, and Katara. Mako and the other guy whose name starts with a 'b' or something, don't quite do it for me yet.

I know it may be a little early to jump to those conclusions, but the thing I liked most about Avatar: The Last Airbender was how each adventure created something new and interesting. Hopping from place to place with new backstories, new villages, new characters, and new conflicts for each. Definitely what I'll miss most. Only satisfaction I've found from the new series is the introduction of characters who were in the first series or are related to characters of the first series. For example, Katara, Lin Beifong, and Tenzin. I do like Korra as the main character however. Strange that she has the personality of an earth bender though...
