Notable Groups and People
The Elite United Planetary Peace Council: The seven chosen electives to hold the elective powers over the larger council. Make final decisions and run meetings.
The Prodigies: A secret group of orphans being raised in an intensive training camp funded by the UPPC. They have developed their energy controlling abilities far beyond that of normal people. They can condense it to create barriers or even use it to lift themselves off the ground.
*Tsuki Mashita: Ambassador to Syzko. 36 years old. She grew up in the capital city of Heiwa and has worked with politics her whole life. She is also strong and has great control over her energy. With both mind and spirit at their max she was the perfect candidate to be the representative for the planet in the new universe alignment.
*The Twins: Maru and Soryn Kinomoto, thirteen years old, they are two of the most gifted among the prodigies, being able to combine their energy fields doubling its power.
[Insert name here]: Representative on the UPPC from a small region near a large gem mining operation. She is the secret leader of the major crime gang.
[Insert name here]: Commander of the UPDF. He knows the one representative is a criminal, but can never find enough evidence to convict her.
[Insert name here]: An exceptional fighter, personal guard and black market assassin for whoever can pay for her.
((You can be anyone of these characters except Tsuki or the Twins, and be in any of the groups. You can also create a character who has nothing to do with anything I put up here. If/until someone takes one of these I may throw them in once in a while as an NPC.))
