I had a book about sleep pillows, that gave instructions on how to make little fabric bags containing different recipes of dried herbs, that you could tuck in your pillowcase. It was a form of aromatherapy, with different recipes that invigorated, soothed, promoted creativity, and so forth. Hops was one of the favorite ingredients. That was supposed to give you amazing dreams.
I had one filled with lavender, peppermint, cloves, oregano, and basil, if I remember correctly...I really did like it, but it eventually burst and I had to clean up all the little bits. xD
Has anyone else tried this?
