Temple Meditation Room
Known as the Meditation Room because many come here to spar, train, and meditate in the force. This is where many jedi young and old come to train in the way of the force. Be it for a short time or a long period of time. Many padawan come here to get teachings form the their masters in Force Techniques. Though many come here for peace the large chamber can handle about 3 dozen people sparing at once, making it one of the larges chambers in the Temple besides the Central Hall.

Rane Starkiller Padawan-Jedi Guardian-Lightsaber Specialist- Energy Pool: 220/220Rane let out a huge sigh as he walked down the halls away from the council chambers. The doors were inaccessible at the moment which meant that a meeting was going on, "You just have to wait for another chance until they finish their meeting." Rane didn't feel right about the meeting though. Something dark was happening but Rane would have to leave those matters to the masters. Nothing for a padawan to get involved in. The young jedi found himself inside the meditation yards, many students were already there. He looked around for a quiet spot, and knelt down. Rane looked at his hands as they laid in his lap, "Maybe I should try meditating, like all my old instructors used to have me do while I was a youngling." Rane closed his eyes, balled up his hands, took a deep breath and centered himself.

Rane Starkiller Padawan-Jedi Guardian-Lightsaber Specialist- Energy Pool: 220/220Rane had found a deep cave inside his meditative space, and it manifested itself as a low lit foggy room. Rane's meditative embodiment of himself walked through the fog until he stopped in the very middle. The fog and mist wrapped itself around the young padawan's arms and legs, twisting and forming columns upon him. Rane tried to move out of the mists grip but it tightened to a solid like substance. Rane could feel it pressing upon him and made him fall to his knees. Rane watched as a dark energy crept toward him, wispy and thin. Rane tried to pull away but it sunk into Rane's eyes and nose and grasped onto his mind and wouldn't let go. There was a sudden searing pain as the energy clawed at his inner-most secrets, pawing like a dog searching for his buried bone. The Jedi could barely bring his hands up to cradle his head. He tried his hardest to expel its darkness but it pushed again and again at his mental barriers. Rane let out a scream of pain as the darkness began to crush his mind, but as quickly as it entered his subconscious it left. Rane thrust his eyes open, and pushed back to the present. He was panting, out of breath as he looked around the room. He was back in the meditation room, but it was mostly empty. Many other students clutched their heads like Rane just did. Masters tried to comfort them but Rane could see their own pain showing on their face. Apparently every Jedi felt it. Soon, everyone was picking themselves up and checking on others. Rane headed straight for the exit to find many a Jedi doing the same. The padawan decided it would be best to try to find Master Nimbus to see if she herself felt the same presence. (((OOC: Exit)))

l l【Padawan】l l【Jedi Order】l l 【Guardian】l l l l【Weapons Master】l l 'Stupid, stupid, stupid!' Again, what he had done was stupid. It had probably been the stupidest thing he had done since joining the Jedi, since being born. He stopped to think about that for a moment and agreed with himself that what had just transpired in the Council Chambers had in fact not been the stupidest thing he had ever done. But it was very close to it. He had let his emotions get the better of him and he had made a fool of himself. Worse yet, he made his Master look like a fool. But what he said he felt was true with all of his heart. But at the same time it was very confusing. Wandering for some time he noticed he had wandered into the Meditation Room. Looking around him,the room, though meant for sparring as well as meditating, seemed very calming. Soothing even. Releasing the air from his lungs and gazed at the tapestries. The room was empty, save for a cleaning droid going about its duties diligently. He smiled to himself, watching the droid. He wished his life was as simple as that machine's. None of this angst, none of the conflict. It would be simple, blissful. And though he would not have feelings or emotions, at least he knew that he, as a single unit, had a purpose.
He became lost in the simple duties of the droid. He closed his eyes and sat near the entrance to the room. Here it was peaceful. Here he could let out some of his frustrations. Folding his legs, he leaned against the cold, sturdy wall and listened. Listened to the sweeping of the droid. Listened to the sound of his own breathing, of the hundreds of people walking by the door outside. It all became one grand noise. One singe entity, just as the Force was. As he contemplated this he allowed the Force to flow through him, letting the strong current flow through him and drag away the negatives. Drag away the angst, the anxiety, the anger and rage. He let it drag out the pain and the confusion and left only peace, tranquility, and understanding.
'Emotion, yet peace. Ignorance, yet knowledge. Passion, yet serenity. Chaos, yet harmony. Death, yet the Force.'
He let these simple words fill his mind and soul, filling it with new found power. Releasing a breath again, he breathed in deeply to continue his meditation. Quote: Basic Energy Training: Meditate Training Post 1/4

l l【Padawan】l l【Jedi Order】l l 【Guardian】l l l l【Weapons Master】l l Though most of his anger was gone, the source was still very much a part of Axl. From this single point stemmed his other feelings of confusion and frustration and fear. It was strange for him to ever be as mad as he had been in the past couple of hours. Thinking back as he meditated, he tried to find that point in the day, that one instance where the anger he was dealing with took hold of him.
Searching and searching, he could not find it as nothing that day had made him exceptionally angry. Not so much so that it would have stuck with him like his anger had. He knew it was before the council because he could feel its tendrils before the Masters had even stepped foot in the chambers.
The search was now frustrating him again. His concentration was so intense that he had begun to levitate off the ground. A little mouse droid too caught up in cleaning the temple floor was careless and got too close to him, getting caught in Axl's energy, resulting in it getting picked up. It too began to levitate, it circled Axl as if it was orbiting him. Axl didn't know of this however as his eyes were closed. Quote: Basic Energy Training: Meditate Training Post 2/4

l l【Padawan】l l【Jedi Order】l l 【Guardian】l l l l【Weapons Master】l l Digging deeper into himself he wondered if his anger could have been spurred by some other occurence. One so base he would never even think to look at as a probably cause. He gazed across the galaxy, searching every planet he had ever been on. His search led him to home, New Alderan, where his family lived and continued living and breathing their Mandalorian roots. He wished he could go there, see his mother and taste her delicious home made Uj'alayi. He loved the dense fruit cake. When ever his mother would make it she would always say it was for her little soldiers. This would elicit some groans of protest and embarrassment from around the table as he recalled fondly.
But was this really it? Was he really home sick? Was this what was causing his angst? It couldn't be, after all, his father would take him on trips to different planets for months at a time when he was little. He was used to being away from home and his mother. 'What could it be...' he thought to himself Quote: Basic Energy Training: Meditate Training Post 3/4

l l【Padawan】l l【Jedi Order】l l 【Guardian】l l l l【Weapons Master】l l Within this young Jedi there was some sort of strife, some sort of internal battle. It had been haunting him for the past few days and had finally boiled over in the Council of Insight's Chambers. He had embarrassed himself as well as his master during his outburst. He didn't even stay to see what the other masters said. His thoughts drifted for a little while longer on this subject before before being interrupted by the incessant beeping of the mouse droid he had picked up in his meditations. Creaking his eyes open slowly, he looked down and noticed that he had begun to levitate. He had also picked up a few other things...Such as the mouse droid. He began to apologize but was interrupted with the inevitable fall that occurred after he had lost his focus. That was one thing he had to work on...His focus.
But that was for another time. Now he needed to go back to the Council. He doubted they would let him in, but he was content with waiting outside the door. He needed to apologize to every member of the council if that was possible. He also knew that he was in for a good earful when Master Marcus was out of the meeting. Rane Starkiller Padawan-Jedi Guardian-Lightsaber Specialist- Energy Pool: 220/220-Master/Teacher: Rekoa NimbusRane was back in the meditation room, where he felt his first sense of the dark side. The room was quiet, save for another padawan who just rushed out the room. By the quick glance Rane got, it seemed to have been Padawan Axl. Rane just watched as he left and he went to the spot where he had his vision. He took the exact same position he was in when he had it, knees bent and legs underneath him. He balled his fist and placed them on his lap, bent his head a bit and closed his eyes. Rane sighed and tried to recenter himself after all the training he had done early, it winded him. The new student enjoyed having Grand Master Nimbus as his teacher. She was friendly, and warming to be around. He sighed once more as he became lost in his thoughts. Rane wanted to tap into that vision again to see what it exactly meant, but he really just wanted to get lost in a giant envelope of his mind. Quote: Basic Energy Training: Meditate Training Post 1/4

Rane Starkiller Padawan-Jedi Guardian-Lightsaber Specialist- Energy Pool: 220/220-Master/Teacher: Rekoa NimbusThe quiet of the room was soothing. There were no padawans or masters around training, just an empty room. Rane was calm and collective, beginning to fall into a meditative trance. It felt as though he were leaving his body, but Rane knew that it was just the force being channeled through him. His last try at meditation was not very successful, being that it was interrupted by the dark force that had entered the temple. Rane searched through his thoughts and memories to find it once again. The image was still vivid, along with the feeling of being suffocated, but Rane fought through it to study it more. The dark force was still just black fog, concentrated into long wisps, no clearer than it was the first time. Rane took a mental note to mention this to Master Nimbus. Rane pushed the thoughts behind and began to shift through his memories, as if decoding them. If someone were to walk up to the padawan, they would see his eyes look back and forth under their lids. Rane Starkiller Padawan-Jedi Guardian-Lightsaber Specialist- Energy Pool: 220/220-Master/Teacher: Rekoa NimbusSo many memories, and yet so little time, Rane thought to himself. He was already in a deep meditative trance for several minutes, just washing through all the old memories of his past. Corellia, his birth world, the first time he set foot in the temple. Even recent memories, his first training sessions mostly, came up. He could still feel the strain of the movements on his body. All of this Jedi training was new to Rane, but he liked it. Learning to control emotions and fluid lightsaber combat. Rane took the memory and stuck it in his mental vault to keep. Rane had been practicing how to keep the memories he liked the most in a special place in the his mind. But the bad ones he stuck in the very back. Rane's mind had developed a little environment in it where the padawan sat, more of kneeling than sitting really, in a gray misty place. Much like the place where he felt the dark presence, this was more well lit and cozier. His physical being in the temple was deep in thought, and not even the loudest noise could wake him. Not even a starship crashing into the temple could break Rane's concentration. Quote: Basic Energy Training: Meditate Training Post 3/4

Rane Starkiller Padawan-Jedi Guardian-Lightsaber Specialist- Energy Pool: 220/220-Master/Teacher: Rekoa NimbusRane was once again within the dreary realm that was the darkness encounter of earlier. He was wary, he watched the corners of the manifested room carefully. It was nerve racking to be back in that spot again, for some reason, and Rane's deep breathing racked his body. Rane's eyes darted back and forth, and yet no sign of darkness anywhere. Instead, in the fog shown through a very old memory. One of the young man's earliest memories was in front of him. A good looking family sat around a small campfire, surrounded by small houses and huts. There was a father, daughter, son and a mother who held a baby in her arms. They laughed as the baby gurgled at the touch of his mother's finger on his nose. Rane chuckled a bit too. He knew this family was his, and the baby was himself. This was three and a half years before the Jedi took him away from his life. Not exactly a death wish, but one that probably tore a whole in his family's hearts. If only they could see what Rane grew up to be, he thought to himself. The Grand Master's student in the force. How proud Rane's father would be, and how jealous his older brother would be as well. Rane had vowed to return to Corellia, to see his family, once he became a full Jedi Knight. Now that he had a teacher, he was close to his goal. The image began to fade as Rane opened his eyes. He saw the meditation room come back into focus as Rane remembered where he was. Rane stood up, his knees aching from being bent under his body, and went to the door. Best take a walk to stretch out his legs, Rane thought as he walked through the exit to the halls. Quote: Basic Energy Training: Meditate Training Post 4/4 (((OOC: Exit)))
