Possibly one of the most impressive commercial buildings ever contructed. Capital Square is a 10 story underground mall superplex that has nearly every sort of store imaginable. To enter into this elaborate consumer market maze there's an entrance to a massive 10 level parking garage that's also underground built parallel to the mall. There are two elevators in the parking garage as well as doors on every level that lead into the mall.
