In our world there are many creatures. Some fly, some swim, some crawl… Some are associated to an element. Others live under the commands of a god that lives on Earth. Too often we forget about the history of those who once were good but made the wrong choices… It ain’t all gods that are kind, friendly and caring…as some are perverted, merciless and hungry.
There are thousands of years, a tribe of elves of the land was defiled by a pact made with the Demon Queen of Spiders; Lloth. From that moment on, the treacherous goddess corrupted her followers and these elves began to be savage and cruel. They wanted to rule the world with their new vision; they wanted to be the only elf tribe remaining, as they believed they were the superior race and thus the only elves worthy of breathing. And so the massacre began, as they started taking down their cousin elves… But these other tribes surely did not agree to let themselves eradicated and their own god, one of Nature, had the murderous elves banned into the depths of the earth. It’s in there, deeper and deeper, that they followed the commandments of their well praised divinity. Lloth, being a female spider goddess, established that women of the tribe were the ones who would control the elven population. The men were, for the most part, less than nothing. All creatures, the most disgusting and vile from the underworld, The Underdark, gathered under the oppressing elves that they were captured or controlled by and built, with sweat and blood, the first of their city. Over the years, centuries, the elves changed. Each generation evolved, adapting to their new environment; they saw better in the pitch black darkness of the underworld and their skin grew darker, but they kept their white, silky hair -- color of the moon; the beautiful orb of the night that they could not see any more… A new race was born; the race of Dark Elves.
The dark elves, commonly called Drows, tend to live up to 1000 years. They are exceptionally great creatures magic wise and they stand amongst the best smiths of the entire world. As for their beauty, it only equals their great cupidity. Just as their goddess; a beautiful divinity, though full of cruelty. Women generally reign, but the matrons to fear the most are the ones with royal blood; those from the first lineage, directly related back to those to have made a pact with the Arachnid goddess. Those of royal blood rule a 'House' of their own and in every House there is the great Matron who is the oldest and most powerful female drow of the House, with its daughters; powerful priestesses of Lloth who are in the good favors of the goddess, and as for its sons -- those of the first Matron of the House -- are bound to either become powerful warriors or deadly feared wizards. The most powerful Houses have a weapons master of their own…one to train the worthy drows of the House to become real killing machines. There are two ways for males to be respected; the first one is to win the title of weapons master or something equivalent, and the second is to have the chance to born from a royal matron and be the first male to be born from her. There also are some slaves, hundreds, depending on the House, constituted of drows and more low some creatures such as goblins and trolls. The more the number of the House is close to 1, the more the royal bloods are rich, powerful and most gifted by Lloth.
The dark elves are perfidious and they are desperate to be powerful and in Lloth’s favors…any dirty, bloody way is good to get themselves higher the drow society. Therefore, during one night, a house was brutally assaulted and ravaged. House Rilynar, the 9th House of the drow city Aberethaggar...fell.
~¤¤¤~
A few minutes before... The weapon master was sat motionless, his face neutral, eyes closed as he liked to feel a needle pierce his flesh, leaving behind a thread which gave over a burning sensation against the skin. The one who was doing his sutures was Erelnozz, a good sorcerer, yet only an apprentice healer who was really good at giving him shivers of pain. G'eldeth was the weapons master of the 9th House but he would have the power to be in the fifth, at least. But it was too much responsibility and he enjoyed to have all he wanted with some threat of leaving House Rilynar. He was one of the only male to be able to enjoy the delights of the flesh as much as he wanted. G'eldeth had heard a strange noise; he ordered the sorcerer to cut the thread even though his wound was still open and he took his armor and weapons. He looked at the sorcerer…he would never admit it, but he needed the male. Although he would like to be invincible, he was not. Thus he said, dryly to Erelnozz to follow him and they went into a secret passage out of the house, behind it. G'eldeth saw the Matron and the slaves being killed, the priestess and the prince became prisoners as they were important to the society. He quickly recognized the people of the 10th and 11th Houses; they had formed an alliance to destroy House Rilynar. G'eldeth put his armor on and took his weapons with him as he then walked towards the tunnel, and after a perilous road full of creatures, he was leaded to the surface. He did not look behind him to see if the sorcerer was following… He knew he could not stay in this town without risking dying and he will never get all he had with House Rilynar; all the privileges were gone forever.

G'eldeth was covered with all sorts of colors of blood. He had fought against creatures he had never seen in his life, despite his 523 years. Some of his creatures was as black as the tunnel, they were hard to see but with all his experience G'eldeth could fight eyes closed. Sure, he was hit several times but was never defeated. He knew he could not live on the surface of the earth without the knowledge of the sorcerer. Sometimes he was even knocking to protect him, he needed him for his survive. During a full day G'eldeth had fight against all sorts of things to finally reach the surface. During their long trip in the tunnel he did not leave a respite to Erelnozz. He wanted to get out of this tunnel as soon as possible. Anyway, they would not get a rest time because the creatures were reproduced with an incredible speed. Fortunately for G'eldeth, Erelnozz could bring up some water to hydrate him for a few more hours. Once on the surface, G'eldeth strongly got rid of his armor soaked with his blood, purple, green and blue blood of his enemies and his own sweat. His body all tense and muscle let show all the forms of his muscles through the moonlight. G'eldeth looked behind him to make sure Erelnozz came out of that damn tunnel. He approached to him, then he noticed the moon. He had heard about it but he never saw it with his own eyes. He turned his head quickly after a short time, the light was so bright that it was hurting him. He looked again the glowing eyes of Erelnozz. "I've make you get out of there, your turn now." The wind was blowing gently on his skin, a relief was created in G'eldeth. Wind, there were none in the city, it was even a little cold... his bruised body relaxed a bit but his skin seem chills and left his chest was very hard. "How can we live here? What can we eat? Is there any monsters here too?" G'eldeth had a neutral face and voice. He waiting for the knowing of his companion. He still had his sword in hand. He did not know if there were enemies here too and perhaps he would use them to kill their meal or build a few things.

G’eldeth having taken seat on a chair, Erelnozz was knelt to his side with what he had found to fix the other’s deep gash he’d just sustained. Frankly, Erel wasn’t one to use a needle and thread to make sutures… He knew some handy healing spells that could’ve fixed this in no time, but it had been G’eldeth’s request for the younger male to stitch him up this way. It was no surprise… Not only did the weapons’ master affectionate his scars, he also was a masochist…and a sadist. Well…having the warrior shiver underneath his touch -- he liked to imagine -- wasn’t something Erelnozz would complain about…but he knew it also meant he technically sucked at doing handmade sutures. Oh well! As long as G’eldeth wouldn’t actually complain about it, the sorcerer wouldn’t try making this any less painful. He even actually grinned at the thought and then looked up to see the drow’s face, ending up by nibbling onto his own lower lip at the male’s expression. May he keep his eyes closed all right…then he could just gaze at him as much as he wanted meanwhile. Yes, Erelnozz felt attracted to one of the same gender… More than once he’d thought he was crazy for having such thoughts, especially since he’d never heard of such a thing amongst the drow society, as much as he was aware of…but the fact remained. He craved for one as well built as G’eldeth… This strength, these muscles and -- Huh? Pulled out of his thoughts quickly, Erelnozz was done as he was told and cut the thread immediately -- even though he wasn’t yet done sewing up this wound -- once G’eldeth ordered him to. Remaining knelt, locking his cyan hues onto the drow as he watched him retrieving his armor and weapons, Erelnozz did not dare speak, that he blinked and sprang up, yet confused with the other’s behavior, as the weapons’ master told him to follow him. The sorcerer swallowed painfully as he grabbed his precious spell book from which he never parted, and he went after the warrior. Getting out of the house by some secret passage leading behind it, Erelnozz went wide eyed at the events going on upfront. No wonder G’eldeth wasn’t sticking around…he’d never cared about the House; just the advantages. Not worth risking one’s life for… Savages… he couldn’t help but think about the scene, and on this disdained thought, he scurried after the warrior who had already made it to the tunnel leading out of the town, into the Underdark. The Underdark… G’eldeth was sick! Really?! Those wicked tunnels?! Weren’t they better off just hiding in town for the next 24hours and get themselves into some other House then…? The weapons’ master surely would’ve found some place to go… As for the sorcerer…well he had to admit, he knew it wouldn’t be just so easy for him…as just anyone considered he shouldn’t have been granted to breathe in the first place; his abnormally ebony black hair being a disgrace to this ‘flawless’ society/race… Normally, newborns with such an uncommon trait are automatically sacrificed to Lloth… Today still, Erelnozz could only wonder what in the world had pushed Matron Berileth Rilynar to risk falling into Lloth’s disgrace while granting an unworthy child to live under her roof… It escaped any drow logic. Any logic at all, even; since Berileth surely wasn’t known for her mercy. She knew none… Well, Erelnozz’s questions sure would remain unanswered, since the head Matron of House Rilynar, the 9th House, was no more from this night on. The ruthless adventures of the warrior and sorcerer through the Underdark sure had been tiring, for lack of a better word. More than once had Erelnozz thought this is it; being positive they wouldn’t make it, that their lives would end in these bloody tunnels. What hell of a surprise had it been to feel a breeze stroke his face’ skin as they reached the surface..! Dragging himself out of the wicked place, soon setting foot on the mildly wet greenery out there, Erelnozz was forever wordless and actually held his breath to the scene. So this was the world of the surface…… His exhaustion and hunger along with his sore muscles were the least of his preoccupations for the moment, as he gazed at the night sky above their heads. Bringing his cyan hues back to the warrior, Erel watched as G’eldeth walked back to him, not missing out on his tainted yet gorgeous body that appeared so well under the moonlight; that being what he gazed at next while the warrior looked at the moon itself. It was full that night…the sorcerer could tell that much, seeing it reflect in the drow’s eyes. Fidgeting as G’eldeth made eye contact with him, the sorcerer was…surprised? with the words that came out of the warrior’s mouth. The questions the male asked, especially. Well…he shouldn’t have been surprised, actually. A warrior wouldn’t be one to have studied the world of the surface… Then it hit him! This was exactly why G’eldeth had had him tag along…he knew the sorcerer would know more about this foreign place than he did… He actually needs my knowledge… as first he’d thought it was for the first aids purposes. Blinking, Erelnozz processed the situation in his mind, trying to recall everything he knew about this place, just as he took a step towards G’eldeth, reaching out his free hand to the tensed body. “Your wounds…” he pretext, for running his fingers down the male’s chest, brushing his middle finger over the excited bud -- due to the mild cold -- there. Erel held his breath at the sight and was able to snap out of it only a short moment later. He did hold a neutral expression though, so the drow there couldn’t quite guess that the sorcerer’s body had warmed up at the mere touch. “I’ll take care of these…if you’d only let me do it properly this time…” he spoke really calmly. He tended to be livelier than this usually, so perhaps G’eldeth would take him more seriously while the sorcerer was in this…calm state. “…Let us not stay near this tunnel…” and he walked past the warrior. Looking around, all Erelnozz could see were trees. A forest… Hopefully there would be a water source nearby, like a river or something. Looking over his shoulder at the male, the sorcerer said “Come.” to G’eldeth’s attention, and he simply started walking, walking into the forest. Assuming the other male would follow, Erel didn’t stop before having set foot in a clearing in the woods. Sighing as they had yet to come across some water source of any sort which would’ve been handy at the moment, the sorcerer grimaced. “Fine… We’ll rest here.” Really…he felt like collapsing, but he knew they’d better make a fire, to keep wild animals away…he’d read about that much; little tricks here and there and more… He had a…general culture of such a world. “Leave your armor here while you gather some dry wood… I doubt you’ll get attacked. I need it to start a decent fire, for the night… It’ll keep the predators away. Meanwhile I’ll prepare the ground…” Indeed, he hadn’t asked. He hoped the male wouldn’t make a fuss out of it; circumstances had changed, right? Anyway, he wasn’t up for acting overly respectful. As G’eldeth gathered wood -- and Erelnozz hoped the male wasn’t over doing it, with all those wounds he’d sustained -- the sorcerer made a nice spot in the ground to make a fire. He even set stones all around it to avoid incidents… Waiting for the branches, he almost dozed off meanwhile, but the man was quick enough at coming back with dry wood. Settling the thing perfectly, Erelnozz then took his spell book and quickly found the page he was looking for. Thank god the moon was full; he could read. Whispering a short sentence with his right hand out towards the fireplace as he read the words right off the page, a small incantation, a flame formed through the dry branches and Zroom! It engulfed the whole thing there and burst out somewhat of its perimeter, having poor Erelnozz dart backwards in surprise, a “s**t!” escaping his lips as he protected his eyes from the excessive light with his forearm. He was basically panting out of surprise. Good thing he’d told the warrior to keep his distance…and cover his eyes. What the hell…it was just a minor fire spell; never had it reacted so…greatly… Well, either way, the fire sure was up. …Damn; he cursed underneath his breath when he got a flash of some wizard mentioning how any fire spell reacted more strongly at the surface, there being more oxygen in the air up there or something… How careless of him. Daring to glance at G’eldeth, the sorcerer had been shaken enough with the slight fright he got there that he was up to take care of the warrior’s wounds now, instead of waiting after some rest, since he did feel quick awake now. Seeing how the male was looking away from the flames, them obviously being too bright for his sight, Erelnozz couldn’t help but come over to him and, after tearing a slice of his own cloak like coat, he reached up to pass that long, large piece of cloth over the drow’s eyes, saying at the same time: “Let me cover these…while there’s light you’ll still be able to see through the fabric I assume but at least you won’t be as blinded… It shouldn’t burn your eyes as much with this” as he tied the piece of clothing to the back of the other male’s head. Erelnozz didn’t need the same treatment for the mere fire’s light; being used to read grimoires with fire lit candles, he was rather used to at least this much light…just not earlier’s unexpected burst. Once the band of fabric was nicely set in place, the sorcerer pulled away. “Is it okay…?” and the younger male of the two was quite pleased, with G’eldeth having let him cover his eyes so. Trust wasn’t something a drow could express towards another…so it was quite particular. His abnormally flashy cyan eyes trailing down the warrior’s chest, Erelnozz grimaced at the remaining dirt, blood and wounds. “…I really need to cleanse you, G’eldeth…” and he got a hold of his spell book once again and flipped through the pages, soon finding what he’d sought. Again, holding the book in his left hand and reaching his right one over to G’eldeth’s cheek this time, the sorcerer read aloud from his book though again practically in a whisper, and next thing the warrior could feel, was a liquid -- water -- streaming from the younger drow’s palm and down his skin. Fine…they hadn’t found a water spring out here yet, well then he’d wash this body he loved so with his own hands and abilities. Thus, Erelnozz basically rubbed across all of the warrior’s bare upper body’s skin, cleansing his wounds and ridding him of the blood of his earlier opponents. He rubbed his cheeks and down his neck, his strong shoulders and arms, followed by his muscled chest. Having moved behind the male, washing his large back with slow motions, it was only then that he dared to speak again. “You…you’re even stronger than I thought you were…” he spoke low and calm. “Making your way through the Underdark like you did……not many warriors could brag about such an achievement.” And he made another pause. Done gliding his hand all over G’eldeth’s body, Erel spoke one single word that water ceased from magically dripping off his opened palm. “There…impurities won’t stay stuck underneath your skin when I heal you…and you won’t be as dirty anymore.” He chuckled ever so lightly when realizing he’d basically soaked the ground around them… “Oops…well, let’s move to the other side then, huh?…” and that’s just what they did. Of course G’eldeth was a rather silent man…; he wasn’t one to speak for nothing, unlike Erelnozz. “Well then…” said he, kneeling close to him again and figuring out the best spell to fix the drow up the quickest. The warrior was almost as fresh as knew by the time the sorcerer was done having his gashes and such close themselves. Overly exhausted now, Erelnozz shut his spell book. “There…nothing to worry about until……morning……” and he basically collapsed onto G’eldeth’s lap. He desperately needed some rest… He’d already been out of physical resources by the time they’d made it out of that cursed tunnel; having used further energy for taking care of the warrior had drained his last bits of strength. Indeed Erelnozz hadn’t yet answered G’eldeth’s every question, but from what he’d just said last, they’d at least be fine until morning. The elder of the two would have to wait at least that much longer to hear more about this foreign place…

G'eldeth not react to the fact that the magician had touched his body. G'eldeth brain was not trained to think that there may existed some affection, love and sex between two men. Without speaking he was following the commandments of the sorcerer but the desire to warn Erel to not heal him with a magical cure was running through his head. It was true that it would go faster and that if something happen he must be in the best of his strength to face whatever was to be put in their way. For this reason he said nothing. When Erelnozz asked for some dry wood he bring back more than needed. G'eldeth remained on guard, he did not know the predators of the earth. Once the wood was put in place, he went off as requested. Cross arm he looked to his companion. The appearance of the fire made him regret having watched Erel do it. He looked away, he was not happy. Why it hurt so much?! He kept his eyes hard shut to allow his eyes to have less pain. Erelnozz then spoke to him and he heard a tear clothing. He was not really delight of having to wear a blindfold, but it was true that it was a relieve when he opened his eyes. Indeed he could see through just enough to walk, much like in the city. He hoped it wasn't make him look too ridiculous. Since he was out of this tunnel, G'eldeth felt that his life would be different, being the first sign; he had let Erelnozz blindfold him... The idea that he wanted to kill him had not crossed his mind. The second sign was that it was not unpleasant that someone take care of him. But what's going on... I become a wimp or what?! He was still ice even all these thoughts happening in his head. Yes I know I'm really good... But despite the changes to come, G'eldeth remained himself. Never in dream he thinks to say 'thank you' to Erel for the compliment . G'eldeth freeze when the sorcerer remained lying on his thighs. Hey... He understood that Erelnozz was exhausted after all this. Like him, G'eldeth was exhausted but he could not have peace of mind, for that he must know everything about the Earth. They, therefore, fall asleep without another word. G'eldeth do not sleep deeply, not knowing if the area was ok. After a short night, G'eldeth woke up. He could see the true colors of the Earth for the first time. His eyes did not hurt , thanks to the band. He looked around to see where the sorcerer was. He was not in his vision. G'eldeth thought back to yesterday. Erelnozz was not at all like he thought... Maybe he would not need to kill him eventually. He got up deciding to go and inspect the area. That was about half an hour he walked with his swords and he found a small stream. "Erelnozz, there is water here." He did not shout with all his might because he suspected that Erel should not be very far. He plunged his hands into the water and he drank water with relish. It was the best water ever! It was so pure, that he can't stop drinking!

It wasn’t until the early morning that Erelnozz had been dragged out of his deep sleep… Actually, he would’ve rested hella longer, but it was an unpleasant sensation underneath his closed eyelids that woke him up. The cause was obvious… Not only was it unpleasant, but it was painful! Sitting up hastily, the sorcerer held back a yell as he clenched his teeth while grimacing, covering up his eyes with both hands. Morning…the sun had risen, enough to pour light on the land. Cursing throughout fully in his mind, Erelnozz could only be pissed at himself for falling asleep before actually planning a blindfold of his own for the morning… Angrily flipping his cloak like coat over his head, the drow took a moment to; and get over the burning sensation, and to calm down. Tears meant to humidify his poor eyes formed into them and fluttering his eyelids, it did appease the male to do so. It didn’t take him long to make himself an eye band just like he’d done for G’eldeth. Right! G’eldeth! His eyes protected as much as they could be in these circumstances, Erelnozz took his coat off and looked to his side. The warrior was still there indeed… Wait..! His jaw and neck feeling sore as they had been earlier when he woke up abruptly…he’d been sleeping on G’eldeth’s lap?! Almost gasping at the realization, the sorcerer was much surprised. Wow…he’d slept on the warrior’s lap…and the male let him!! It was only now that Erelnozz actually realized it was G’eldeth and him that had deserted Aberethaggar together and were alone in this foreign world. OH how the sorcerer had trouble keeping his mind straight right now!! This chance was the best thing ever… How many times had he surprised G’eldeth hooking up with some female…? This fact, aside from having the sorcerer realize he was actually jealous from those girls and that he wished he’d been in their spot to be taken by the warrior he’d thus obviously taken a liking in, well, from what he knew, the drow was terribly needy, and greedy..! So, say; how long was a very sexually active male such as G’eldeth supposed to last before not being able to resist a teasing, devoted, pretty and young drow such as Erelnozz, while they’d only be the two of them all the time?! At that, the sorcerer actually had to hold back…something that would’ve sounded like a squeal. Yes, a squeal. See, as I previously mentioned, the ebony haired drow’s usual self was…much livelier than how he’d been acting the night before. An expressive and lively drow……that was just as uncommon as his dark hair, to be honest. People had tried to tame his ‘inner child’ many times, with horrible tortures sometimes, but all it had brought them was a drow who simply hid his true self while out in the society. Well okay…that’s all that mattered to them in the end; as long as he behaved…who cares if he meant it or not. Unless he would’ve been secretly conspiring to murder a Matron or something, they couldn’t care less about his thoughts. He was a pariah, after all… The only thing that had him survive was his rather good skills as a sorcerer. Period. Otherwise he actually was more useful dead than alive. Well anyway all the drow society horrors were behind him now. Or so he hoped… Either way, all that mattered to him at the very moment, was to not wake G’eldeth up. The male needed some good rest… He’d been the one doing most of the job through their escape yesterday after all! Smiling brightly, fully awake though very hungry, Erelnozz left his cloak like coat behind, hoping this would be enough for G’eldeth not to imagine the sorcerer had abandoned him, and then, Erel darted away without a sound, surely having his spell book tag along with him. He had food to find… Of course the warrior would be hungry once he’d wake up, and perhaps would he be grateful if his companion had gotten them something to eat. On his way to find food, Erelnozz couldn’t help admiring the forest. These tall trees…they reminded him of stalagmites often found down in his homeland. Well…okay, they were two completely different things, but they both stuck out of the ground nonetheless! Just the thought made him giggle. Nature was…much above anything he had imagined it to be. He would’ve taken more time to admire it, if he hadn’t been desperate to find something comestible. Having walked for a moment now, Erelnozz was delighted to find a small stream. He’d knelt next to it to drink, overly enjoying himself with the delectable taste of this stream. Soon noticing his loose hair were being in the way though, he got a small ribbon out of his pocket to tie his long ebony hair up. A…strange sound, very high pitched and music sounding noise was what had him stop drinking. Looking above his head, cautious, Erelnozz grinned, relaxing also, when noticing the sounds were coming from up that tree whose branches went over him, a few meters high. What he saw up there was quite cute to see; a birdie, from what he could tell. So that’s a bird… he thought to himself, and then he remembered how these little creatures lived in nests, where they laid their eggs…and especially that these were comestible!! Standing, looking up still, the sorcerer focused and the next second he was levitating, headed up to see if there would actually be a nest up there…and eggs, hopefully!! Levitation was quite the basic skill for pretty much any drow. Only those who didn’t develop their magical skills at all would actually not levitate… Once he’d made it up in the branches, he started climbing, seeking for something that would look like a nest. He’d actually just made a wonderful discovery -- half a dozen little birdie eggs -- that he slightly startled at hearing his name called out. Looking down from his high location, Erelnozz went beaming at seeing G’eldeth there, especially noticing how avid he was of those crystalline waters in that small stream. Carefully taking the nest in both his hands, the sorcerer went closer to the end of the branch, that he had himself levitate down, still beaming as he landed on the ground just before G’eldeth, right on the other side of the stream. “Hey handsome~ Whatchya doing up and about already? I thought you’d still be resting by the time I came back with these treasures” he cooed, talking about the eggs. “It ain’t much, but we can at least start with this before seeking out more food.” He obviously seemed happy with his discovery... The other obvious fact was how the calm and serious Erelnozz from the night before had reverted back to the livelier drow. Oh how the sorcerer would be sad to inevitably realize that his usual self would still be getting onto the warrior’s nerves…badly. But the ebony haired male hadn’t thought about that just yet, and he actually went on talking so…freely “I see you like the water… I must say, it’s the best I’ve ever drank myself!” and he was smiling to G’eldeth, not suspecting one bit he was probably annihilating any bit of respect the warrior could’ve grown to feel towards the male with his previous behavior through their journey… “Wanna go back to the fire?”Poor Erelnozz just couldn’t help it…even though he was 313years old and serious when it came to sorcery, the rest of the time, when he could allow himself to be, he was rather the spontaneous and cheery type. A sunshine that had survived the eternal darkness of Aberethaggar… Not that he couldn’t try fixing that for his own sake, if his dear weapons’ master threatened to kill him otherwise…but still. ~¤¤¤~ OOC: What he had been wearing 'til now and what he looked like with his hair undone: [Link] though now he parted with his coat. How sweet/cute he actually looks at the moment: [Link] Some special trait you weren't yet aware of: [Link] the scar you see was a 'gift' from G'eldeth, actually. You'll prolly hear about it later on.

G'eldeth looked up when he heard the voice of Erelnozz. He stopped drinking leaving a few drops of water down his chin, his neck to dry between his pecks. Handsome..? Deth was not talking; in fact he could not because Erel was making a complete conversation by himself. He looked a moment the bird's nest. He did not know what it was but it did not seem very helpful and even less edible. G'eldeth rose fixing his companion with a hard look. Although with the band it was hard to see his bad look but his hard, square and good jaw showed it quite well. Now I understand... He is quiet when he’s exhausting... I can make it well... G'eldeth took a relaxed look. "How are you gonna cook that?" He walked slowly toward the fire, knowing Erel would follow. Once at the fire he sat well away from the fire, in case he would start it for cooking. I need him... obviously …for the fire and food, I did not want to die by eat something poison... But once I've learned enough... I can get rid of him... Good plan, good plan... An idea came into his head. "You know how to cast a spell on a ring so I could remove the ridiculous blindfold?" He took a break. With enough difficulty, he hoped not to regret his next words. "You'd be so helpful to me..." Pause. "But if you are not able; too bad..." He stood up with a disappointed air. He wanted to challenge him to make sure to have the right result. He pulled two daggers from his boots. He walked away from the fire of a few meters to finally run back right into a tree. He jumped as high as he could and he jabbed his dagger in the hard bark of the tree. Thus he climbed high into the tree he had so well chosen. During his ride he used rarely his feet, his arm muscles were strong enough to get him where he wanted to go. Without warning he began to cut several branches that fell on the floor. Some fell very near the fire. Having cut a dozen, we could not saw him anymore from the ground. G'eldeth intended to build a shelter in this tree. He was big and tall, it was much better than the floor which was access to everything that walks, yard, jumps and ramps. Before breaking down the branches on the ground, he kept the biggest and he kept the leaves to start making a proper bed. I need more material... As some ropes, hay and... His attention was attracted by several red dots. They are not so far away... I must know what it is. He took a swing and he jumped from is based tree to another, then another and he was where the red dots were. Red balls... He took down one and smelt it. It smells sweet ... It must be eaten, it’s soft... He opened his mouth and he put his teeth against the red skin. He paused. He looked at Erelnozz that was not so far away. "We can eat some you think?" He threw a red ball to him but not too straight, he would not want to destroy such a beautiful treasure.

Erelnozz was still all smiley face when the warrior had looked up at him. Throughout the time he’d been making the conversation quite on his own, the sorcerer could only think G’eldeth looked yummy with those crystalline water drops dripping down his chin… He would’ve gladly licked those up and nibbled onto the male’s lower lip before kissing him and -- No, it wasn’t the time to be thinking about such a thing. The look that the warrior had given him with that stern expression of his, looking from the ebony haired male down to the nest he was holding and so on so forth…the man obviously didn’t seem impressed… Well who could blame him; these eggs were quite small and both of them were pretty much starving… How was this supposed to help? But Erel had pointed out how it was only a starter… Either way, with the hard look G’eldeth was giving him, the sorcerer’s cheery mood had faltered slightly. Glancing down at the warrior’s swords, the younger male ended up swallowing with some difficulty. …What if the drow was actually itching to bring his life to an end…? Shaking such a thought out of his mind, trying to convince himself that G’eldeth actually needed him and that he would for at least a while, Erelnozz tried reassuring himself for now while focusing onto that relaxed look the warrior now held. It had to be a good sign…it had to be… Having let G’eldeth walk several steps ahead of him as they made it back to the fireplace, Erelnozz still felt rather insecure inside him, but tried to believe that if the warrior didn’t want him here, that he wouldn’t have had him tag along in the first place. Not having answered the drow as of how he intended on cooking these things, his throat having felt too tight on the moment due to everything crossing his mind back then; once Erel made if back to the fire, he simply flopped down by it, though still cautiously holding the nest with both hands, which he then set down nicely next to him. He was about to get ready to cook these, having pulled his spell book out of behind his back -- he’d set it there partly stuck into his pants when he’d needed both his hands -- and that was then G’eldeth asked another question. Looking at the male, the sorcerer seemed…thoughtful. …What if he could…? …Nahh, he’d never enchanted an object before…so how in the world was he supposed to enchant a ring to spare their sensitive eyes from the dazzling sun? Going wide eyed -- though G’eldeth couldn’t tell he had -- when the warrior had added those few words, as of how if the sorcerer was able to do this for him that he’d be so helpful…it didn’t take more to convince the ebony haired male to at least try. How could he resist… “I-I’ll try!” he let out automatically, even though the warrior was already turning his back on him. Though…I can’t just try something like that right now… and he would’ve told G’eldeth that much, but the drow seemed too busy doing something else… Well okay, the something else here was…very interesting…like…very…entertaining slash sexy and oh-my-gosh-look-at-him-go kind of interesting… …Okay, anything else had left his mind; all Erelnozz was now doing was looking at the warrior using those muscles of his once more while he……what exactly was he doing, actually? Looking at him go, the sorcerer was perplexed. As for being thrown something at, Erelnozz was surprised -- to say the least -- but he still managed to catch the projectile. C-Crazy male… though he tried not seeming so startled, that he gave a look at that fruit he’d been sent. Mhm…looks like what they call an apple to me… and he took a bite. Once he’d swallowed, he made a sign to G’eldeth as of how yes, it was safe to eat these. Gladly nibbling onto this much tasty fruit, Erelnozz then searched in his book meanwhile, trying to find something that could have him enchant an item for it to spare them from the blinding sunlight during daytime. Otherwise…it was most likely that it would take them at least a week to get used to it…if not a month. Later, not yet having found the solution with the little search he’d made in his spell book; Erelnozz had now revived the fire and was now cooking these small birdie eggs of his while having them float over the flames. The younger male glanced now and then at the other drow who was still trying to -- at least that’s what he’d ended up guessing the warrior was doing -- build a…shelter, up there. Shouting up at him: “The eggs are cooked now I think G’eldeth! Care to come down and taste?” he said/asked/offered innocently.

G'eldeth did not wait a second longer, he had a full tooth biting into an very red apple. He crunched so deeply that he took, in his butcher, some seeds and part of the kernel; spit it right away. He stared at the apple for a moment, then he understood. He views a line in the apple which showed him how far he could eat it. He took another which he devoured in few minutes. It was good, he intended to empty the tree of this small red balls. Before Erel asked if he would come, he was already behind him. "Why you screaming? I'm right here..." He was jumping from tree to tree with his daggers to slowly come down. "Tell me what I can eat... I hope you will not kill me with food..." He opened his mouth and closed his eyes. After one egg taste he looked at the sorcerer. "It's not bad but it's not enough... I'll eat other balls eat all the eggs." He should recover strength to achieve what I have asked him... "They have a name, theses red balls?" G'eldeth wanted to find more materials for his bed shelter. He was angry. He sat against a tree and he ate another red ball he had take back of the tree. "I need a lake, rope and hay... you have a way to find this? I see nothing with this damn band!" He tore the blindfold, letting out a moan of pain; he closed his eyes. It's burning again... how long it would take?! He laid his head against the tree and put the headband on the top of his closed eyes.

Having asked G’eldeth if he was ready to come down and have some of these eggs, Erelnozz most certainly hadn’t expected the male to already be behind him. Spinning his head around hastily, his heart having skipped a beat, the sorcerer downright stared at the warrior there. Thanks to him, the eggs could’ve been wasted, if dropped in the fire, with the fright the younger male got there… He…he was in my back… Let’s just say that that’s just the last place you want to find a drow at… Quite shocked about this, due to his earlier fears, Erelnozz really had to chill to not start shaking… Well at least he could tell himself that he was still alive so…the drow hadn’t actually intended on backstabbing him just then…otherwise he'd be dead by now, period. Having grown silent for a moment, the sorcerer had retrieved an egg from the fire, preparing it, making sure it wasn’t too hot… Turning to G’eldeth, Erel paused a moment, seeing him there, with his mouth open…… How could one fear and yet yearn for the same person so much…? Trying not to act weird; once it was ‘safe’ to do so, the ebony haired drow hesitantly though nicely reached out to put the small egg inside the warrior’s mouth, having it roll in pass his dark lips and onto his tongue. Withdrawing his hand slowly, Erel’s index and middle fingers had brushed onto the male’s lower lip. Soft… Having held his breath until then, the younger drow managed a small smile with G’eldeth’s comment. “O-Okay…” though a bit sad they wouldn’t be sharing the eggs half, half. He wouldn’t have minded feeding the male some more… As, if it wasn’t a sign of trust, then what was it, right? “Oh, yes; these things are fruits…and they’re called apples…” he replied to the question, and he would’ve went on, saying how he was glad to see the male enjoying these so much, but that’s when he saw him sit down against a tree, complaining that he needed more material for the shelter. “Well maybe we could -- Ah! Wait..!” and he grimaced, seeing the drow groan in pain for having torn the eye band off. Silly male… and yet he felt sorry for him. Pausing, then sighing, Erelnozz took a hold of his spell book and flipped through the pages. Having found what he was now seeking, he started reading the words off the page out loud, once again holding his right hand out towards his ‘target’ which was the drow this time. What happened then was that some thick shadows formed around G’eldeth, twirling around his whole body. Like…a shadow sphere wrapping around him. These would actually allow him to walk around freely and be able to well see where he was headed, just as his eyes would be spared from the blinding sunlight. He didn’t need the band anymore… Closing his book, walking towards G’eldeth, the sorcerer knelt right by his side, close to the male and he took the band from him, tying it down at the man’s left wrist so he could still have access to it if needed…and well, he probably would. “This spell I casted on you should only last an hour or so… I…I know it’s not much but it’s the best I can do for now… …I can try renewing it each time it fades, if you…wish me to…” and of course, being this close, he was tempted to…make a move on the warrior or something but he quite knew how the male would react… Thus, he got back to his feet and left the drow’s shadow sphere, getting back to the eggs to eat them and get something decent down in his stomach. He couldn’t explain the weight he had on his chest…but he knew it was there, whatever it was.
