Jasper is rather kind and chivalrous, and be joyous, but he can be a bit rude when hungry.
History:
Jasper had an average life, he was smart, he has many friends... But one night, he was walking home and found himself being attacked by vampires. The vampire queen was in need of more male vampires. After being transformed, his personality was changed like all the others, but not as much as the others in the clan. Over the years Jasper had grown tired and began missing his previous life. Jasper slowly began to regrow his old self back the longer he began to miss his old life. One night while the clan were out feeding Jasper fled the underworld and began his life in the world. Jasper is learning to suppress his urges to feed on humans and change to donated blood, but If there is an open wound he might go in a frenzy and attack. Jasper of course only travels by night, but he wishes to fit in.

Cryokinesis - The ability to create and/or manipulate ice. (pleeeease?)

Charming: The ability to charm or fluster a person into following commands or giving away information (Usually only works on the opposite sex, but doesn't work against strong willed persons)
Other Powers:
-Can walk on walls and ceiling, as well as sleep upside down on the ceiling
-Can turn a human into a vampire (will Never be used)
Transportation:
Transforming into a bat and flying. (Actual vampire bats fly faster than the usual bat)

Notes:
- Jasper is still running from the vampire clan, so he has the tendency to break into homes and hide and be unnoticed.
- Jasper's lips can turn a pale blue and his eyes can go black when he goes unfed.
- Jasper just wants to fit in and make friends once more
- Jasper almost never uses Charming unless in a time of need.
- Jasper has forgotten Many human tendencys, so he may question a few things if you meet him
- Jasper can eat and/or human food, but he prefers not to.
