Whisky: >:0! -freezes in the middle of her adventure-game (one in which she is ruler of all and everything is her territory, of course) when she senses an intruder on "her" lands- -goes to investigate, her steps far from subtle as she splashes her way past some of the remains of the flood-

Chisi: *Freezes and lifts his head slightly, wondering about the splashing noise. Instead of hurrying away, like a smarter rat would, decides to hurry towards it* Hmm? *Comes to a bit of a wet patch and pauses to listen and look around*

Chisi: *Spots her and doesn't really realize why she's running straight at him* Oh hello- *Just stands there like pin in front of a bowling ball until she hits him*

Whisky: -spits and hisses and squeaks shrilly like a hairy teapot on its last legs but harms the male no farther, save for a sharp, warning n**- Who are you and where did you come from? -she demanded after her collection of spit dried itself out-

D8 *Swipes at her with his front paws as he puts a bit of space between her* *Wipes off a bit of spit/water/mysterious substance from his fur while keeping his eyes on her* I just came from down there, why? *He flicks his tail in the direction of a different part of the store*

Chisi: Oww, hey! You don't have to be so nasty! *Can't help but whine a little bit, touching his muzzle where she had pulled the whisker and withdrawing further* This is.... Ukeshu's territory? I don't know this Ukeshu, sorry!

Whisky: -gives an exasperated huff and rolls her eyes- What're you, stoopid? >:U Ukeshu's got the biggest territory around. We'd kick your colony's a** if we'd needed to -- we didn't suffer much losses from the flood, either. /lieezzzz

Chisi: Really? I d-didn't know. *whiskers quiver a bit, then he suddenly perks up* Hey! I'm from Bitey's colony.... I thnk we're doing pretty good ourselves *Is rather clueless* Umm, instead of kicking a**... maybe we could work together?

Chisi: *Looks alarmed* Our colony is not puny! *Assuming more things* Bitey... she's helped us recover from the water! Without her we'd be no where near where we are now! And I swear I wasn't trying to cause trouble, honest! I'm just exploring, that's all....

Whisky: How comes I don't know it, then? 8< Ukeshu's colony is the best! -sits, as if calm, and grooms her whiskers a bit to look assured of her words- It's good you guys were able to survive, though. -she said, her voice softening. She lashed her tail angrily when she noticed it, however, and her tone was as harsh as it originally had been when she next spoke-
You're trouble just by being here. You're luck it was me who found you, or you mightn't've been so lucky. -tugs on his whisker again- Go back where you came from. >:[

Chisi: Well not many of us go that way, so that's probably why you don't know of us. *feels a touch reassured by Whiskey's softening, as brief as it was* Um, why wouldn't I have been lucky? *He rubbed at his whiskers again* It doesn't seem so bad over here.

Whisky: Pffff. 9_9 -wants to comment on how Ukeshu's colony is probably a lot bigger than the other rat expected, but doesn't want any questions on their current size after their recent loss in numbers. So she conveniently drops it after that- 8D
