Definitely!
Like the video app Japan has but for Youtube.
Apparently Sony's working it so we may see this very soon.

Unfortunately we will not see this anytime in the near future. Sony WAS trying to get the flash creators to let them use flash but it will not be happening. Sony was turned down.
The reason why, is because they are apparently in the midst of changing to html5 or something. This means youtube for the Vita is out of the question for a very long while.
At least this is what I keep reading.

I love the Youtube App. on my PS Vita. It's quicker to watch videos on a handheld console rather than my "slow-running" pc anyday.
