So I saw that alot of us like metal, and enjoy the nature of metal as a whole. And I know when I first heard metal and really got into it, I wanted to play it. So I got a guitar and now I have been playing guitar for 5 years. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who knows how to play an instrument and like me also take part of being in a metal band, or any kind of band. So I decided to make a topic for people to post stuff about there band, any news or maybe even tours. Or to post any release or live footage some might have. Right now we are working in a studio so Later On I'll post some of my bands music on here for my fellow metal heads to listen to.

Right now we are working in a studio so Later On I'll post some of my bands music on here for my fellow metal heads to listen to. Looking forward into it. I was in a band as bass for about 3 weeks. Then our lead singer broke up with my sister and he had to work 24/7 so we knew that it wasn't ever going to work. I can play Rocking in the Free World and about 4 other of the songs that our singer came up with. It was fun while it lasted but we kind of knew it wasn't going anywhere. I can also play 2 songs on the guitar.

I used to be part of a few bands back in highschool, but it never really worked out for the best ^^;
I just fill in for local bands now when they need a guitarist or singer.

I'm in a progressive death metal band at the moment, similar to Opeth and Katatonia I guess you could say, since they're one of our biggest influences. I dont have any real material to show you, though I do have an acoustic instrumental, its just a demo so no vocals yet, which is my department. Lavvis I'm in a progressive death metal band at the moment, similar to Opeth and Katatonia I guess you could say, since they're one of our biggest influences. I dont have any real material to show you, though I do have an acoustic instrumental, its just a demo so no vocals yet, which is my department. I'm in a black metal band currently, with a nexus of me and the two guitarists working to do much of the writing and idea generation. Plus I have to be a bit of a mad dictator at times. We're called Barguest. we're influence by Burzum, Winterfylleth, Woods of Desolation, Acid Bath, Mayhem and dark ambient.

I do the vocals, lyrics, editing, and production in an experimental project called Scrawnjob. We sound a bit like GWAR did back in the 90's, but pretty much nothing is finished. I'll post some stuff when it's actually listenable.

I could definitely see that acoustic track turning out really good once it gets totally put together. Metalcore's not really my thing, but the band you were in before hand doesn't sound that bad.

I play drums / vocals in a sludge metal band called From Zero To Deth. We put a demo out last year, and we've got the material for an EP all recorded, we just haven't released it yet. Ok So I know this is a metal guild and all but I been working on alot of different music lately. Been practicing with my band daily for the past 3 weeks, and we have recording studio time in the next month or two, and when we get that I'll show you guys the stuff we have been working on. Which I will say now is more of a post rock type groove. But we have been doing alot of concerts so if you are in the houston area keep your ears open for Super Moon. Also on my spare time I have been working on electronic/dubstep/dance music and just released a 9 song ep called Euphoria out. I have gotten a lot of good stuff on it, and been trying to get it out there, so I'm trying to spread the single for it out and about. I posted it a month ago but now really spreading it so, please check it out guys. Rufuz - Badman
