I'll start with the most obvious one, Mario + Luigi = Super Mario Bros. lol
Peach + Ganondorf = Blacks on Blondes
Samus + Snake = Shedding Snake (With the right mind, this can be perverted.... probably. We could also go with Tunnel Snakes or Dungeon Snakes.)
Now for a non-sexual one: Samus + Wario = Beauty & the Beast

Sonic + Mario = Notorious Rivals.
Link + Young Link (In this case Toon Link) = 7-Years Swordsman.
Sonic + Snake = Third-Party.
Fox + Falco = Starfox
Fox + Wolf = Wolf & Pup. (Referring to Starfox Assault, wherein Wolf is constantly calling Fox "Pup")
Captain Falcon + Ganondorf = Dimensional Brothers. (The moveset is the same.)
Poke`mon Trainer + Pikachu = Pallet Town Champions.
Lucario + (I want to say "Mewtwo"...) Kirby = Aura Copycat.
Marth + Ike = Fire Emblem.
Ness + Lucas = Earthbound
Kirby + Jigglypuff = Pink Puffball Warriors.
Snake + Snake = Les Enfants Terribles.
Kirby + Metaknight = Dreamland Rivals.
Mataknight + King Dedede = Mercenary & Contractor.
Peach + Zelda = Princess Power.

Metaknight + Ike = OP knights
Ice Climbers + Pit = NES Heros
Luigi + Diddy = Team P2
DeDeDe + Bowser = 2 Greedy Kings
C. Falcon + Sonic = Speedy Racers
Ice Climbers + Bowser = Hot n Cold
Olimar + Fox = Space Explorers
Snake + Link = Team Utility Belt
