Guardian: Yuki the ninetales
Attacks and Weapons:
Rain Icicle Chain: A chain made from a crystal type Ice that can freeze opponents with on touch and shatter them with another
Rain Tear Splash: created from a few tears, creates a giant wave that dissolves enemies
Rose Blade: A sword made from a strange crystal, the blade itself is clear and the hilt is made of strange simple and rose petals
Guardian Rose Entropy: From the Rose Blade, an ice beam shoots out to destroy enemies
Origin: Sailor Rain is a kept secret among the royal family due to being a goddess from another dimension. Her and her grandmother crash landed on the moon by accident while being pulled in by a worm hole from their dimension. A good friend to Queen Serenity, she disappeared way before the fall of the moon kingdom. Has she ever returned? Only Neo Queen Serenity knows.
