Thona was walking around the general area he decided was best for his flock. Of course, he wanted a huge bit of land so they could move from one area to another without any problems. He wanted to make sure if someone was trying to find them, it would take a real long time to do so. Unless, of course, they knew where they were going to be. Which would only be the actual flock members.
Things were almost set in stone. All Thona needed was more members, well rather, followers. He needed grunt males to do his bidding, as well as some grunt females and males to do the handy task of hunting for food. Not that it was needed, but best leave someone else to the dirty lame jobs then him doing it.
He was much more interested in causing pain to others, and making plans to control everything than to pay attention to how much food they'd need to have. So it was better to get someone else to keep track of that. Along with those who'd listen to him and go out and do his bidding. Cause pain and fear in the hearts of everyone. Oh yes, his dreams where big, and he couldn't wait to start getting closer to the best part.

 A black gryphon with bright green markings slowly made his way out of the cave, making sure no predators were around. He flicked his ears back and forth picking up sounds. Dante eventually sniffed the air and caught an unfamiliar scent. "Now who is it?" He wondered to himself.
The gryphon swiftly flew up into the sky before scanning the area trying to make out what might be around the area. It had been a while since he had socialized with another gryphon and maybe things would prove interesting. He was more in an investigative mood to see who it was. After its intentions he would decide what to do. Eventually he made it to the spot and dropped down a far distance from the male he had smelled. For a moment he stood bewildered as to what type of gryphon he was. He looked like a demon, but he had an angelic horn as well. He had heard of hybrids, but never actually got to see one. Dante thought about it for a moment on whether or not he should try to figure out what was going on. Eventually he decided it couldn't hurt. That way he could know what was actually out there. If this gryphon was violent he would attack, but with the way things were he had no reason to. "Looking for something in particular?"

Thona heard the other, but didn't bother to look at him until he had landed and spoke. Well, interesting... All the gryphons Thona had run into were demonic, which was better for him. A grin crossed his face as he sized up the male gryphon. They were about the same size, that he could tell anyways. He was looking for something, and the male happened to show him exactly what he needed. Thona paused for a moment... That almost made him feel gay... Almost, but not really.
"I am in need of something." he started out. "I'm looking for power, strength... Someone to help me with a little issue." well, big issue... Thona could handle anything he put his mind to. His body was full of muscle, and he had brains to go with it. Or at least, he'd like to think he had brains. He didn't feel stupid, and most those who met him didn't think he was either.
"You see," he started off clicking his tongue atop the roof of his beak. "I have a bit of a problem." He was finally going to get to the point. "I want to gather, lets say, the right bunch of gryphons for a little... army." He said with a nod. Yes, that's exactly what he wanted. "But, in order to do that, I'm sure there will be those against us, so I was looking for those who'd be interested in helping protect my flock from any hidden danger." Well, not so much protect, but make it to where they had the upper hand and that Thona then would make them attack the attackers... Oh it was perfect.
"Or someone to hunt for food" He added.

Dante watched the male still. He seemed a bit odd. Dante didn't know what to believe about him or whatnot since he knew how demonic gryphons could get. "Hmmm...." He thought about it for a bit. "Well now...there are actually a couple gryphons around here that might suit your purpose however I would suppose they would have to be strong enough to last in harsh conditions." For a moment Dante's personality was coming out. If it did show things would definitely be a lot clearer and maybe he could find out more of this gryphon. "You wouldn't want a pathetic weakling now would you?"
The demonic gryphon thought it over for a bit before smirking. "Although I suppose you could use the pathetically weak ones for bait." He rubbed his paws together. "Oh yes...that would work." He stopped for a moment and regained his composure. "Although this is yours so I'll keep quiet on who you choose or whatnot."

Thona wasn't thinking about recruiting others at the moment, he wanted this male here to join. He flicked his tail back and forth and watched him carefully. Perhaps he misjudged this male from the moment he saw him, or perhaps his ideas were more farfetched than he'd allow himself to think. "I would kill any pathetic weakling that got in my way." He simply put with a shrug, almost as if it was a normal occurrence for him.
"I don't really need bait, unless it's a pretty little toy" Toys where his word of for females. They were weak, yet they were good for one thing which made them good enough for Thona."I was actually looking at you." He said with a raised of a brow. "You seem like a strong chap, and could easily take care of "dirty buisness"" He gave a smirk at the male. Perhaps they weren't on the same wave of wanting things to happen. He wanted total control and obedience from everyone. He needed his brother here. At least he shared the same general interested.

Dante listened to the gryphon. Seemed some things were definitely different. However when he said he wanted him he was a bit not sure if it would be right or not. He normally wasn't a social gryphon, but he didn't mind dirtying his paws every once in a while. "Well now if there is a job that relates to being able to be sneaky and get things then I might be able to help you if you want."
For a moment he was wondering how much privacy he would get, but still he wasn't one to go out and randomly instigate fights. There had to be a good reason for it. Whether it was wanting food or someone trespassing on the territory.

If Thona could rub his paws together evily, he'd be doing it right now. His plans were coming together quite nicely. Thona had decided that this would work out quite nicely. "There is a job just for that. As long as you're okay with someone giving you orders, of course." He said with a shrug. He knew that Captain Tibbles wouldn't allow anyone to tell him what to do, except Thona himself. Who was the cause of half his missing limbs, even if Tibbles wouldn't admit it to anyone one else. His eye and part of his tail was one of Thona's handy jobs, but the rest of it was before Thona had met him.
"I'm always in need of some Ganiyogi." He said with a nod.

Dante listened to the hybrid as he was talking. It sounded like a decent offer. So long as he wasn't being threatened by others gryphons he could be nice and share. Or at least, in his own unique way. If problems ever occured he wondered if he could back out. Then again, this could be a good opportunity to punish someone and those chances did not come around often.
He smiled for a moment. "Alright, the idea sounds fine to me. Sometimes it can be a bit scary if your at the top anyways." He wanted to say more, but he stopped with just that since he didn't feel like making an enemy of this gryphon. Especially since he barely knew too much about him.

He didn't find any point being scary as the boss, but then again that was just because he was scary himself. He hoped he was, at least. How could he control a bunch of gryphons if they didn't fear or respect him? He was pleased with the males offer, his grin turned into something twisted. "Excellent, makes my job the ever more easier." He said with a nod.
"Now, this is where the flock will be around, or well the general area. The whole river is ours." Well not really, but it sounded good to say. They'd make it theirs by force if he had to. He didn't care if some gryphons got hurt or killed, hell that was the best part.
"keep a look out, I need to get more recruits." Yes... things were going smoothly now. He needed this very much. He couldn't help but to let his ego sky rocket up.End?

Dante listened to what he said. Not much was going through his head, besides he was kind of curious how this was going to turn out. He was more hoping to actually hurt something than anything, but he could hold back for now if needed. "Alright. I don't go too far from this area anyways so it shouldn't pose a problem."(That's fine by me)
