Hold down the power button for about 15 seconds, and a pop-up Task Manager kind of thing will appear. Just like a old computer.
This seems to be the only way to fix the bsod as far as I know.
I've only had it happen once, and it was my fault anyway...
I haven't had any problems with the Vita besides that, its a great system.

This has proved to be an effective way to fix many of the VITA's software issues. I've only had to use it once so far, though. The thing had a touchscreen spasm and I nearly cried. Thankfully, the system is practically brick-proof.

Another thing that bothers me is the black splotches on the screen when your in a dark room.
Not a huge issue, but it was annoying considering I spent 300 dollars on it to only find the screen completely flawed.

I've noticed this also. Unfortunately, it's almost completely inevitable in OLED screens since the technology is somewhat new. Perhaps they'll fix it in a future revision of the system?

I am just gonna put this here for now.
Error codes
This link will send you to Sony's official site for those of us who run into error codes alot. Like today when I was trying to log into psn and I kept getting an error code but it was always different. Apparently about 30% of the codes are connection errors. (Sony was doing a maintenance today and I had no idea lol)

I was actually rattled when I found out that my screen had those blotches, because technically they aren't supposed to be there. in those types of screens, there is called True Black, which is when the lights that light up the screen are turned off in order for the color black to appear like the darkest black. At least this is what I was told. So technically if you see these blotches, the black color isn't working properly. At least this is what I heard.

Second of all, I was pissed to find out my cousin doesn't have a single blotch on his screen. The b*****d!
