I tend to listen more along the lines of punk rock (Paramore, Good Charlotte, and Evenescence are NOT PUNK ROCK YOU HOT TOPIC SHOPPING *******) (Dont get me wrong, I shop at hot topic sweatdrop ) Bands like Social Distortion, The Clash, Sex Pistols, and so on.... Whats your home genre? eek

Genres of rock... I pick METAL
On top of that, I will be sub-genre specific. I mainly like Power Metal, but depending on my mood I will often switch up to Hardcore Metal, Black Metal, Death Metal and sometimes Thrash Metal. I'm a metal head for sure! biggrin
When it comes to punk rock, though, I almost always stick to oldschool punk rock. I'm talking 70s and 80s. Let me hear something of that description and you might make me happy razz

I'm from the Rockabilly/Garage Rock area . . . but I DO love Punk and Metal (especially the Southern-influenced "Red Dirt" metal like Texas Hippie Coalition).
So I guess I'm from where Evan Johns & the H-Bombs are from: Texas Rockabilly/Garage/Tex-Mex/Blues/Surf/Punk Rock!
