1. What are your Shikai/Bankai's main elements?
2. What do you have to offer the squad you want to be in charge of?
3. How often will you check your squad?
4. How much leadership experience do you have?
5. What is your zanpakuto's name? (for registration purposes.)
6. How often do you spar with other members?
7. If challenged for the seat of captain, would you decline?

stealth or patrol

at-least 5 days or more a week

I have almost been a vice captain in every guild you had, I also lead forums in others

occasionally

She cling her hand to her side; where crimson blood is soaking it to her ShihakushÅ and captain's haori."Dammit, I didn't expect that. guaahh. But you will not trick me the seconded time." She coughed. The arrancar shrugged at he will to continue . She was grasping her Zanpakuto while using it to pull herself up. With a smirk she then raises her blade to the arrancar and in a calm voice whispers" Ascend from the hidden Anti Sonzai!!" The area seem to be silenced and then a sudden crack roars from the surroundings. The are seem to shift in the air and what look black and white rippling steam in the aura pulsatedfrom the zanpakuto as it reaches shika. Dashing towards the arrancar, it probably never even felt it cutting off his arm. The aura wrap around the the unconnected limb swalling it into its nothingness. The arrancar screamed once it realized what had happens. She smirked"Your turn."

At least three times a week
4. How much leadership experience do you have?
I'm still kind of a newbie, but I've started some forums related to Bleach and other various topics.

Hikari no Yume (Light Dream...)

When needed or requested

A girl with tears running down her face drew her zanpakuto. The light it gave off blinding both the arrancar and herself. Even as she went forward for the kill, her tears did not stop.
"You can finally sleep," she whispered as his eyes widened. "Goodbye."
She walked away as the person behind her turned into dust, her voice still lingering in his mind as he dissappeared.

everyday

( really must i ) i was the former phoenix,kazegakure,kaengakura , squad 2 captain of squad 1-13 , leader of g.b.o

Whenever i get challenged

Kazuya appears in hueco mundo through a senkaimon and walks through the desert . Suddenly he is surronded by 5 groups of hollows . He looks up and looks at the biggest hollow " I advise u all to move or i will strike u down ". The hollows attack him , Kazuya swiftly grabs his zanpakuto and grinds his hand on the blade " Burn all to ashes Fireblaze ". Fire erupts around Kaz and he swings his swords sending a mizture of fire slashe, fire tornado's and fire waves at the hollows till only him and the leader is left " Gonna leave now ? " . The leader swings his fist at kazuya . Kazuya seems to get caught but appears behind the hollow and sheaths his swords cutting the hollow in half
