Echo is your average teenager role-play, what with all the sex, drugs, alcohol and partying how could it not be normal? Oh wait; I forgot to mention that there might have been this incident with this little pill, which turned a bunch of teens into freaks. Yupp forgot to mention that little tid-bit.
When you party as hard as these Bristol native teens do, it’s hard to keep track of what pills you take. So when a mysterious stranger offered them a new pill commonly known as the ‘Jabberwocky’ how could they say no? When you live in such a dull place, anything is worth trying for the first time. There was one little side effect of this pill though, it seems whoever made Jabberwocky wanted these kids to remember it. So you can imagine the kids surprise when they woke up the next morning sporting ‘super powers’ (as some are fondly calling them). How much more awesome could life get? They’re young, beautiful, and now they have super powers. If only their parents felt the same way.
The parents weren’t impressed with their children’s newfound abilities, so they did what any other caring parent figure would do. Ship them off to an institution against their will! Oh, if only the parents knew what was actually going on there, the scientists don’t want to cure the children, they want to duplicate them. Now it’s up to these eight teens to find their way out of this hell hole and make new lives for themselves. That is, if they can get along.
