I am doing quite well, although a little bored. Work has been going very slowly due to bad weather.

I work as a geologist in northern Quebec/Labrador. We had a three-day storm right after I got here, and both the drills broke. So instead of looking at rocks and actually doing geology, I've mostly been shovelling and doing office work the past week.

aw that sucks.
Oh you live in Quebec. I wanted to go to Quebec but it cost too much . Though I will be on a cruise in June going part of the cruise trip is Halifax, NS, and St.john.Looking forward to that .

I actually just work in Quebec. I live in Newfoundland. The sort of work I'm doing right now requires me to live in a camp during the drilling program.
Quebec is a fun place to visit. I have been to Montreal and Quebec City, and a couple other smaller places. I love the old part of Quebec City, its really beautiful.
You're doing a cruise that comes into St. John's? That's really cool! That's pretty much where I live (when I'm at home). I live just a half hour outside the city.

New England/Canada cruise 3nodding .
I got maps and tour guides. But still don't know much about St. John. I know there's a market that has Korean food.

Hmm, is it St. John's or Saint John? Because I can't think of any markets at home. Saint John is in New Brunswick, and probably does have markets.

In Halifax I highly recommend going to Cows Ice Cream if you get the chance. They are a business based in Prince Edward Island, and they have the best ice cream I have ever had. The waffle-cones are amazing.
