Bio: Lydia had always dreamed of adventure and traveling to far off places with pokemon. It wasn't an unusual dream considering her home town had one of the top gyms in the Kanto region! Watching challengers battle it out with Misty, she spent almost her whole childhood pretending she was one of the challengers and how close of a match it'd be before she won. Her eldest sister started her own pokemon journey at ten, like most trainers. But her parents worried with two of their girls being gone, and told Lydia she was too young to travel with pokemon. Determined, she never gave up asking. And now her sister was home, working to become a pokemon researcher! Now she finally had the chance! Except... her parents couldn't afford to send her off. But that's when she tried for the next best thing: Misty's apprentice! But she didn't get into that either, unlike her friend Collin. With her best friend getting first hand experience from a gym leader, and her sister having challenged the Hoenn league some time ago, Lydia felt she'd never have her own adventures. Well, until one lucky break happened. She won a round trip ticket to the Phior region! And now she's on her way to become a pokemon champion!

Bio: Hikari grew up in Vermilion City with her adopted uncle. When she was born her mother had given her away to pretty much the first person she saw, at least that is what her uncle always told her. At school Hikari was always shy but very bright. Never popular by any stretch of the imagination Hikari was often alone during lunches, left to read her own books. On the rare occasion that Hikari would be teased Hikari had fought back, leaving her bullies stunned and looking for a victim. Another of the reasons people also stayed away from Hikari was because she did not like Pokemon Battles. When Lt. Surge came to her school to show off pokemon and how they battle Hikari found it barbaric and swore never to become a trainer like Surge. She was not really sure if she wanted to be a trainer at all. However on her tenth birthday Hikari's Uncle gave her a pokemon as a gift. A Snorlax Hikari named Pillow. It was great, she thought, the huge pokemon would be the perfect companion for a journey, she would always have a bed to sleep on. Pillow also seemed to love to sleep so it was a win win in Hikari's eyes. It took Hikari three more years before she started her journey. As she had promised herself she did not want to be a trainer in Kanto or face Surge yet she had to look around for other options. That was when the boarders of Phior opened to trainers. But Hikari was not planning on being a regular trainer, her goal was to be become a coordinator and prove that Surge's style was not the only style out there for being a pokemon trainer.

 Lionel Theodore Jackson Nickname: Theo Age: 17 Height: 5’11 Weight: 175 Ibs Gender: Male Home town: Virbank City Personality: Theo is a genuinely nice person, but can be perceived as being a bit standoffish towards other people, even though he’s actually quite friendly once you get to know him. He has a tendency to try and avoid fights if at all possible, but knows how to pack a punch if it’s really necessary. Bio: Theo was actually born in New York City, when his parents were away on a six-month rotation there for the company that they worked for. Back then, his parents didn’t know that his mother was even pregnant with him, so when they did find out, it was already too late and she was going into labor. Fortunately, despite the surprise, his parents made sure to always make sure from the day he was born, that he was loved by the both of them unconditionally. When the trip to America was over, they flew back to the Unovan region where he lived the next fifteen years of his life. Living in Virbank City was pretty fun, having a movie studio nearby was always interesting; so movies were frequently filmed in various places throughout the city. Unfortunately, despite the overall wealth throughout the city because of it, the poorer parts remained bad, and crime rates were fairly high in those locations. Theo lived in the upper class part of town, an area that was in his opinion, dull and uneventful. Sure it was peaceful, and he was all for peace and tranquility, just the people that lived there with him were snobbish and spoiled, so he often found his way over to the poorer district where he begun to learn about all the problems that the people there had to live through. There were gangs running the place, violence was a frequent event, and one could not go out alone at night without risk of getting shot. Even with all of this though, Theo still preferred to spend his time in the bad parts of town, under the justification that people there –though a tad barbaric at times- made sense, and they seemed more like real people to him, than the ones he was forced to live with in the nicer district. At first, people mistrusted him and his overall presence –and for good reason mind you- but after a couple of fights and helping out families, he was accepted into their world, and he gained the nickname “Theo the Lion” as a friendly pun off of his real name. The name “Theo” has stuck with him ever since. On frequent occasions, one or both of his parents would leave for varying lengths of time for business, often leaving him alone with only their servants to make sure he was taken care of. After every trip though, the respective parent(s) would always make sure to return with something special they got just for him. When he was twelve years old, his mother gave birth to a second child, a beautiful baby girl named Kikkan, or “Kiki” for short. Sadly, his mother died a few days later for reasons still unknown. Theo insists on loving his sister unconditionally, the same way their mother had loved them. Since that day though, he’s become slowly more and more reserved. When he was fourteen, Theo was out checking out an abandoned house that everybody said was haunted –even the gangs wouldn’t go in there!- when he came across a wild Litwick. After a friendly conversation with it, she ended up following him around the building and all the way back home. Eventually, his parents gave him a dusk ball to just up and capture it with, and he did just that. The two have been together ever since. Shortly after his fifteenth birthday, Theo decided that he wanted to go travel, and so left to go see the world for himself. Name: Sara GreenAge: 14 Height: 5’2” Weight: 110 Gender: Female Home town: Floaroma Town Personality: Kind and caring she has a real sense of adventure. Although sometimes unsure of her abilities she’s rather outgoing. She loves to learn new things and help any Pokémon in need. Bio: Sara is the little miss jack of all trades. She wants to do everything and anything in the world. She loves battling but above all else she loves contests. Making moves shine is her thing and that’s all it is too it. Even despite being a little nervous and hard on herself when things don’t go right. In her world it takes everything to be a good trainer. All Pokémon are different and she understands all that. So to be good at everything means to understand every aspect down to the fine details. Sara loves all pokemon although not a big fan of bugs or ghosts is trying to work past it. She’s getting better with it too thanks to her first ever pokemon Venonat. He was given to her when she was ten and that was the first bug type that she had ever accepted. She hopes that with some help from Venonat she can overcome her slight dislike for some types of pokemon. With a bug type just as unsure as it’s trainer that may be a challenge in the making. Always having fun and just enjoying her time with her Venonat he was really the only friend Sara had. There weren’t a lot of kids in the small town of Floaroma so she made do with what she had. They lived playing in the flowers and the trees so it was no big deal to either of them. However the two were really excited to get on the road and start a journey together. Name: Shirow Matsuda Age: 17 Height: 6'1" Weight: 156lbs Gender: Male Home town: Violet City Personality: Shirow presents himself as a charming and likable guy, with a dry sense of humor and somewhat laid back demeanor. He holds a real bitter animosity for Team Chronos or anyone else who advocates their cause, as he believes in the exact opposite - views he gained fromthe sages. Despite his sometimes bitter personality, he'll always show his benevolence towards those who look up to him. Bio: Born in Violet City, Shirow lived alone with his father, who works as a sage at the famous Sprout Tower, studying under the great elder, Li. Shirow was never sure of where his mother disappeared to after she had driffted away from their family, as his father refused to ever shed light on the topic - most likely too shamed to talk about it. But Shriow was never fazed by the absence of his mother. Instead it gave him utmost respect for his father who he idolized for teachings and status at the Spout Tower. While accompanying his old man at the Tower, Shirow enjoyed helping out with simply tasks as a kid, like carrying water and taking care of the greenery around the base of the tower. Any other kid probably would of complained about such tasks, but Shirow was determined to win over the respect of the sages that practiced and studied there.
Despite being an only child, Shirow spent much of his time with his father's Bellsprouts who kept him company after school, during his spare time. He'd pit the Bellspouts against one another and playfully have them battle each other as he imagined himself as a renowned trainer in a tournament. Shirow was great for daydreaming when he wasn't required to do something for his father and always imagined himself as a trainer, setting off on new adventures, traveling through the different regions and seeing new pokemon. He was very much conflicted about what he wanted to do with his life. On one hand, he wanted to follow in his father's footsteps and on the other, he wanted to become a famous trainer. The day he turned twelve, Shirow finally made up his mind and worked up the courage to tell his father that he wanted to become a trainer. When he announced his dream, all starry eyed, his father laughed at him and explained that he was better off staying at the temple advocating their teaching about the coexistence of all living things. Shirow's heart was crushed and from that day forward, he never brought up his frivolous dream to anyone again. He continued to work at the temple and began his studies, certain he would become a sage as well. Though, he never stopped daydreaming about one day challenging the elite four.
Upon turning seventeen and having garnered quite a bit of respect from the sages during his training at the Sprout Tower, Shirow decided once again that he'd approach his father about leaving the tower and heading off on his own adventure. No surprise, his father shot him down again, explaining this time that Shirow was his only son and wanted him to carry on what many generations of his family had done. He then added cruelly added that Shirow was too old to set off as a trainer and that he didn't even have a pokemon to start with. Shirow didn't show his disgust for father's words and once again returned to his studies. It was this conversation that cemented Shirow's own rash decision.
Late a night, Shirow snuck into the Sprout Tower and ascended to the top floor where the Tower's most prized possession was kept; a red pokeball that contained a rare Bellsprout that the sages worshiped daily. The pokemon was never let out of its ball and wasn't owned by anyone. So in Shirow's mind, it was the perfect starter pokemon. Stealing the cherish ball, Shirow returned to his house to pick up a few supplies before setting off on his own adventure during the thick of night. Shirow is certain that his actions will no doubt expel him from the Sprout Tower and that his father would probably disown him if he ever returned home. Interestingly enough, Shirow doesn't hate his father and only hopes that when he makes it big as a trainer, his father will forgive him and that his status as a trainer might bring more attention to the tower and it's teachings. He sincerely hopes his rash actions will one day make his father proud.

Personality: Feisty with a desire to please her fans. While appearing friendly and very trusting, she can be sneaky and manipulative and well as aggressive in her order to protect herself. She has developed a tough skin to deal with criticism and letdowns. Her weakness is the idea that she can find true love and a 'bad boy' Due to her 'privileged' life, she spoiled in her use to things going her way at times but she isn't snobbish as she doesn't even realize she's spoiled.
Bio: Iris is the second born of her parents. Her mother is a fashion designer and her father a former musician and now a music producer. The same one that is looking over her band which consist her majority her family members. She plays the guitar and sings for the band that includes her overprotective older brother who plays the drums as well keyboard and synths when needed and her cousin Hikari, who plays the keyboard. She's been in music from a very young age, having the potential for singing and learn to play the guitar and cello. She started out on her own just singing and doing some singles just to see to what her talent lead her. By sixteen, with the help of her father, she created a band for herself. While she was learning her place in the music world, she attempted at being a trainer starting with a Joltik she befriended when she was ten. A friendship that started by her falling from a tree and the little spider falling alongside her. The idea fell short as music took up her time for training . Ultimately, she decided solely on being a musician. While she didn't get far, she's became close to ones she has like Rai. Considering her a friend, she travels with her and considers the spider like a bodyguard. She's dealt with some highs and lows with criticism and disgruntled fans. Instead of quitting or giving in, she continues to improve herself and make her name known worldwide. Personality:Nagi is kind to a certain extent, highly motivated, and very determined to accomplish his goal; he is a strong-willed person. Cunning and a bit flirty, he wears various masks to hide his aggressive behavior toward humanity for the purpose of obtaining whatever he aims for. Holding high values over pokemon, he doesn't tolerate any kind of abusing of Pokemon and he will not hesitate to annihilate the threats, literally. He rarely accepts anyone into his life, but when he finally does find someone to cherish he will do anything to keep that person near, becoming very protective possibly to the point of suffocating.
Bio: Nagi and his twin sister, Nadeshiko, actually born in Saffron City, a sprawling metropolis, and lived there with their parents for eight years. Their mother, the respectable japanese dance teacher, gave birth to a fraternal twin and raised them up at the run-down apartment. She chose to quit her job and become full-fledged house wife for her babies while their father, the city's well-known fashion designer, worked harder to support the family's budget. Once they were old enough to enter the kindergarten, the twin's mother started to teach them the traditional japanese dance lesson, hoping her knowledge would be passed to the next generation. Shy and attentive, Nagi managed to memorize all the moves but failed to perform in front of his mother; meanwhile, his introverted and short-tempered sister had no problem in the confidence department but failed to remember all the moves, and instead she danced randomly with her own unique patterns. Rather than feeling upset at the outcomes, their mother enjoyed seeing their smile and laughter colored her life.
Growing up in the city which the crime rate was gradually rising, during the time of Team Rocket's reign, the twin slowly began to learn that life is not a bed of roses and kids should alertly watch out for bullies. Unfortunately they understood the latter in the hard way. The mind of most children here was corrupted; the new faces could either choose to follow them around obediently like slaves or become the target of their malice. The twin however chose neither of the two choices, and decided to stand up against bullying. Inevitable, they had been the subjects of dozens of pranks. Actually it was Nadeshiko who brutally countered the bullies attack while Nagi watched out for any incoming attacks. At the age of eight, the twin encountered an unexpected event when the two were walking side by side heading to their home. A group of kids older than them approached and cornered Nagi and his sister within the alleyway with the twin's back facing the wall of the building. Same as usual, his sister began to step up and handle the situation with her fist ready to launch out when one of the kids surprisingly managed to hit her first. Blood were trailing down the side of her head as she stumbled back and fell down to the ground, and from that moment something inside Nagi snapped at the sight of his injured twin. Known for being a non-aggressive child, his next course of action surprised those bullies along with his twin: barrage of blows threw at the attacker with his fist! While the other two bullies were stunned as their leader was being beat down by a boy who supposed to be weaker than them, Nadeshiko took advantage of this opportunity to escape the scene with her twin, pulling him by the arm.
Upon returning to their home, the twin's mother noticed the blood on them and became panicked, but didn't forget to patch the two up with the first aid kits. When their father returned at late night, the parents had a very long discussion and finally made up their mind to move their home to Pallet Town where the father's mother was living at. Unbeknown to them, their son's attitude had undergone a subtle change. Once the family successfully transferred their stuff to the father's mother's house, it was time to celebrate the twin's birthday. The party was a heartwarming one among the members of the family, and the twin unexpectedly received gifts, two Pokemon eggs which turned out to be twin pokemon from their grandmother.
Throughout the years they lived in the Pallet Town, the twin had grown up into a fine young man and woman: Nagi is the best athletes--though he is hundred times better than the jocks--and Nadeshiko is the smartest girl in their school. They had won lots of awards from various competitions within their expert area. Since that incident in the city, Nagi has become very protective of his sister and never allowed any guys--even her crush--to approach her; his actions annoyed her endlessly. The day he turned fifteen, Nagi woke up and descended to the living room only to find out that his sister has packed up her bag and has gone overseas to study hard to become the Pokemon Professor. Furious to realize his twin was out of his sight now, Nagi demanded his mother to tell him which regions/countries did Nadeshiko go, and almost broke the dinner table in half when his mother repeatedly refused to answer. A moment later, his grandmother entered the scene after eave-dropping the whole conversation for some time. All of a sudden, she said she have a proposal for him, explaining that if he managed to ascend to the champion position of Phior region then she would tell him about Nadeshiko's current location AND supported the financial of his traveling. This is when Nagi takes a big step and make his way to Phior! Determined, Nagi is going to catch up to his twin no matter the number of obstacles blocking his journey!

Personality:Workaholic and serious person; however can be laid-back only around pokemon. Calm and introverted, Hikari appears not to be affected by anything with her poker face, and logically and stealthily solves any situations as peaceful as possible; however, sometime force is inevitable.
Bio: Born and raised in Littleroot town, Hikari didn't have a normal childhood like others--no playing around or watching cartoon. Her father, the honor and respectable Pokemon Ranger, started training his six years old daughter to walk the same path as him; her mother, the general practitioner of the town's hospital, was too busy handling the check-up to return home everyday. The training started with the test of physical strength during the morning and then proceeded to the mental strength during the night time. Sometime her father would change the location of their training to somewhere else, such as in the nature or at the nearby Pokemon Ranger HQ. Having a high respect for her father, Hikari obediantly listened and followed his guideline no matter how tough they were to accomplish, and has spent the rest of her free time to read educational books. Most of the time she was left in the care of her father and had less time to spend with her mother who surprisingly became pregnant again--her father sure could find the time to do 'that', despite spending most of the time in working on the HQ's missions and training his daughter.
By the time she turned twelve, Hikari traveled over the seas to the Almia region to take the entrance exam of the Ranger School, a boarding school where many people from around the world come to learn to become a Pokémon Ranger. Years of training had prepared her for this moment; therefore, Hikari easily passed the exam and began to go through lots of tests and attend classes in her new school. Once she graduated from the said school, she returned back to her home town and took three day rest before being recruited by the Ranger Leader of her own hometown and received her first mission. While she traveled around the Hoenn region to help out people in need and the Ranger Leaders of other town, Hikari did encounter and face several battles between her and Team Magma or Team Aqua. Usually she would infiltrate their hideouts to recover the stolen items or to discover their next motives; her battling style tended to lean more on speed, the faster she finished the battle and mission the better. Of course, this kind of career was all about putting a person's life on the line and didn't have such a high reward. However, Hikari worked to protect people, Pokémon and nature itself; the amount of reward doesn't matter as long as the pokemon are living peacefully with human.
Several years later, after she finished her mission and was on her way to receive the reward, Hikari received a call from her mother who immediately asked--more like command--her to participate in the newly formed band which belonged to her cousin, Iris. It seemed her mother was very worried about her health and wanted her to take a break from those missions, and by pure coincidence Iris's father made a phone call to her about the band. Hikari was a great pianist since she was small before beginning her training with her father, and Iris's father seemed to know about her talent from her mother and wanted to know if she can join the band. At first, Hikari firmly refused the invitation, knowing she would bring harm to them by attracting the evildoer who wanted a revenge or something else. But her mother and uncle kept on insisting while saying they could solve that problem easily. In the end, she gave in and joined the band for a few years of actively cooperating before rarely showing up for band practice or concert since she needed to get back to her main work.
One day, her father visited her and her mother at their hometown after went MIA for several years--thanks to the ranger missions. He informed her about the newly registered region known as Phior and a few rangers were sent to help out the region for awhile, while indirectly telling her to join the said group of volunteered rangers too. Hikari willingly agreed to it and then immediately transferred her stuff to Phior. Though she was truly surprised to learn the band that she joined, was heading to the same region too. Here gone her plan to quit the band. Well, at least she still can enjoy the new scenery and help out pokemon like she hopes for.

Bio: Page grew up on Donald Farms, away from any pokemon outside of her father's Arcanine. The farm is your typical farm. Herding cattle that'll be sold off for someone's dinner later in life. To help with all the work was her father's loyal fire pokemon to round up strays and protect the herd. But as her father started getting older, he realized that his daughter needed help of her own to keep the farm going after him. His own pokemon was too stubborn to listen to her, and his fear was getting worse for his daughter's future. To solve the problem, he sent her to Phior to catch a pokemon of her own to raise as her loyal ranch hand. Off with some supplies to last a few days, and only three pokeballs, Page went on a mission. However, her first problem came in having to figure out how to find a pokemon. It'd be a whole lot easier if someone could point her in the right direction, but that soon turned into a wild goose chase. Though, it wasn't all bad. She did run into Lydia, and caught a grand total of three pokemon! Not a pokeball wasted! And what's more, her father had agreed to let his little girl have her own adventure, rather than have her come right back home. Though, she has a few conditions; so while training for the pokemon league like her friend and rival, she also has to duel train her pokemon to be able to handle a ranching lifestyle, and take care of her own daily and weekly duties (such as meals and church).

Bio: Alister used to be a smiling boy, adoring his name and fantasizing about how glorious it would have been if he were a part of the roman empire in its prime. Meaning Great protector, Alister kept true in shielding his younger sister in life Amara (unfading). The two loved to play together, pretending to be in some far off land in some ancient time, becoming saviors of Rome and being praised by their adoring imaginary fans. When Amara turned ten, Alister already had a couple of pokemon, and she received her very own, the two took off to a far away land to live out a fantasy in becoming great champions. Above all, Alister's sister loved being in contests, and he was her number one fan. However, she pushed herself too hard, becoming sick and collapsing on stage; a stage in Phior. Bio: Electra Sparks, the pikachu trainer extraordinaire! Well, not yet. Electra had always adored pichu, pikachu, and raichu since she was a little girl. She was always disappointed to hear that she'd never get a pichu as a starting pokemon, and so spent most of her growing days sneaking into professor oak's lab-ranch. She loved playing with the smaller pokemon, but some of the others were easily spooked to charge. Wouldn't you know it? A pikachu came to her rescue! One that belonged to a famed trainer who came from pallet town! Her admiration for the pokemon only grew more, and she was lucky on her tenth birthday to have an egg from a pikachu pair. When it hatched into pichu, she was so overwhelmed with happiness that she even cried. She named the little guy Lysander, and spent more time playing with the little guy than any type of formal training until it evolved into a pikachu. Then her training was put to the test when she battled and captured a young pikachu just outside of the town. Malukah was her second pikachu! Bio: Dune was an eccentric child growing up. He always found some way of getting into trouble. The irony now, that he's trying to be taken as a serious trainer with impish pokemon. A trio of clowns just starting up in the Phior reagion, and they have a most unusual strategy: He has a habit of naming his pokemon after other pokemon that are nothing like it! More specifically, he names them after legendary pokemon! So while someone might expect a latios, and send out a type advantage, boy will they be surprised with a trapinch in its place! Still, he can't help but fall back into his goof ball ways. Like any boy, he's a little pig headed and has a hard time speaking around pretty girls (sorry Lydia). However, he does get serious when comes to a battle. More impressive, his pokemon get serious when it comes to a battle! Well, against trainers. Catching wild pokemon is proving to be a challenge... So who in their right mind rivals a goofball? Fellow goofballs, of coarse (Sorry Lydia). At the same time, Dune isn't one for always staying on the road--unafraid to get a little dirt here and there. And like any goofball with dreams of becoming a pokemon champion, he gets lost more than his fair share off the roads.

Gender: Male Home town: Hearthome City Personality: Nicholas is a kind and friendly person who is a bit on the quiet side though tends to put up an act to mask his real emotions. Bio: Nicholas Michael D. Mitsurigi is a member of a family of triplets of the Dolosera Family. On birth he was given away to the close relatives of the Doloseras, the Mitsurigis. He was raised by the Mitsurigis for the rest of his life after being given away to the Mitsurigis though he knew already about the fact that he was born to the Doloseras. Growing up in a very positive and nice environment led to Nicholas also acting as such. As he grew he gained an interest in both acting and music as well as pokemon. The Mitsurigis being very fond of Nicholas decided to send him somewhere to learn about both music and acting. As Nicholas grew he became better and better in playing music and in acting. Eventually he learnt how to display any emotion he wanted with relative ease despite the situation and was even good enough to be able to fake tears. In terms of his music learning. He was doing quite well in that as well. He learnt how to play music on a bass guitar, an acoustic guitar and an electric guitar. Though he was not limited to these three these were actually the instruments that he ended up excelling in. Eventually he began to take an interest in pokemon when he noticed some of his friends with their pokemon as well as seeing tamers pass by the city. Wanting to catch his own pokemon he talked with his relatives in the Mitsurigis and they gave him a premier ball to use to catch a pokemon. Deciding to catch a pokemon when he finds one that seemed truly interesting to him. One day near the outskirts of the city he lived in he was sitting down leaning on a tree while playing his bass guitar when a lonely Chimchar jumped down from the tree and began to listen. After that first meeting Nicholas returned there everyday and played there. Slowly and surely they befriended each other and in the end he ended up capturing the Chimchar which he named Flare. Once he captured it he told his relatives that he would begin to journey and then set off from the city carrying only the things he needed to survive as well as his bass guitar so that he could play it whenever he felt like it and so that Flare could listen to it as well.
