The background

The middle east has struck the United States with their many bombs, leaving millions begging for food, shelter, and clothing. Billions more have been found injured. Trillions more are dead. Only a select group of 16 people have made it through the terror without a scratch! Can these 16 help those who are injured and restore the earth to its former beauty? Or is it possible that there is a need from off-world help?

What comes first?

First, we need to answer the question of whether or not we should include "aliens" in this RP. So, for the remainder of the first page, I want your vote in a post.
