A sub-city of Pandant City, it acts as a pokemon rehabilitation center. Pokemon that have been abandoned or too badly hurt (lame wings, missing legs, blind, ect.) to survive on their own. The town is located in a vast field of wild flowers, abundant in magnolia trees (hence its name). The city is also highly known in Phior to have a great university of medicine for people and pokemon. In this city, all families also volunteer to help with pokemon rehabilitation; for pokemon who cannot be fully rehabilitated for their return to the wild, some families volunteer to adopt them as a permanent family member.
The Gym Leaders also help to set up special events to promote awareness about the importance of pokemon rehab. Being students of the medical university, and the twin grand-daughters of the founder, they put all their free time into promoting the idea of the rehabilitation centers. This would also explain why the Gym is closed while the twins are in class, and when final exams are approaching.
