 "I thought this year might be a good year to start the contest here in Magnolia Town," Lili said presciently. There was nothing more exciting than the first and final contests each and every year. The trainers, the pokemon, the fresh ideas and the returning favorites all made those two contests the fiercest of the year. "That sounds wonderful," Rose said politely. "And just in time, too.""We've only just completed our exams. So the gym should be open more regularly too. Daisy chimed in"The contest bring in more adoptions though," Rose noted. "So if there's anything we can do to help...""Please, don't hesitate to ask," Daisy finished.Lili smiled, covering her mouth to muffle a polite chuckle. "You two have been at this a long time, haven't you?" She asked, noting how young the twins still were when they had spoken about their exams."It's been, almost..." Daisy tried to recall."Five years, I think." Rose picked up for her sister."Does it bother you at all that you're no longer the youngest gym leaders?""Not at all.""Just the opposite.""We're really rooting for the Eidolon gym leader." "But about the contest," Daisy back tracked. "Was there anything you wanted us for, specifically?""Hm?" Lili looked up. "Oh no! Nothing too tedious!" She laughed. "I just wanted to arrange the schedule with you two. But, on that note, would you mind being a guest pair of judges?" The girls stopped to give an odd look at the woman. "I think it would show a great deal of harmony between the gym and the contest hall if the two of you judged. We're all here for the same goal, aren't we? What better way to promote than to show that we can work together?" Her plotting smile came onto her face, measuring every step before even getting an answer. "My contests are broad cast to various regions, and widely proclaim in quite a few magazines, but I feel like there's more we can do to help promote the Phior Region's conservation and rehabilitation causes.""Well..." The girls said in unison, placing their hands under their chins, and their fingers at their lips in a pondering sort of stance. "We supposed," Rose led."It couldn't hurt." Daisy went on. "It's been getting harder to place some of the pokemon into good homes or with good trainers.""Maybe more tourists might increase the awareness.""And raise the adoption rate""At least for a while, anyway." The two smiled, settling on their final answer, "It's a deal!"

And if we die, I’ll meet you up in ђєคשєภ Stretching a little, he opened an eye to see who it was with their arms around him so tightly. "Eh...? Oh..." He yawned a little but not in his friend's face, instead closer into his warm chest. Then he nuzzled up to him, more than alright with their presence next to him. "Ohaiyougozaimasu, Naoki-san..." The fact that he was pressed up to him, with their arms around him, was a pretty normal scene.
Pix! A few paws stepped onto the bed and subsequently onto Vern's still resting body. There was some friendly morning purrs, followed by the tiny pokemon cuddling up right ontop of Vern, licking his cheek affectionately. "Ohaiyou to you too, Nala." He turned his head a little to look at her fox-like face, whom in turn licked him again. Normally, he'd get up at that point with Nala there to lick him awake but uh... Naoki's grip around him was surprisingly stronger than it typically was. XXYou’re everything I’ve been waiting for

Naoki yawned but still remained asleep as they were staying in the Pokemon Center, getting ready for the contest in town. Looking at the smaller boy in his arm that was still sleep he grinned at the feeling of being near Vern. He used the time to snuggle up to the boy until he was back asleep. He was so comfortable, and he knew that Iris was safe with Akito.
Hours later, Naoki was still sleep, dreaming about a world where Iris was a virginal nun or married, Vern was all him and everything was perfect. Even the jumping Puck wasn't bothering him. He groaned a little but otherwise remained asleep.

And if we die, I’ll meet you up in ђєคשєภ Noticing that Naoki still wasn't awake, meaning that Vern was stuck there until they woke up. Didn't help at all really, that there was a hand reaching over and around him to wear his behind was located, where it made sure to be resting quite contently there. Piiiiix.... He felt Nala purr on his side, kneeding him affectionately. Though it was cute, Nala's morning loves, it was slightly frustrating because he didn't have the heart to shove her off, and he had other things to take care of that morning... "Umm... Naoki-san..." He whispered into his ear, trying not to disturb him too badly. Gently, he nudged his chest with his left hand -the only one that was capable of moving at the moment. "Can I like... Get up... please? Or am I going to be trapped here forever?" His soft, gentle voice asked him, cheeks red a little, but nonetheless in no real hurry to get up.

Naoki opened his eye and grinned as he pretended to see be sleep as Vern pleaded to be released. He couldn't help but grin hearing him. "I can't hear you... I'm still sleeping. I can't hear you pleading to get out of the bed and leave me when I could be still cuddling with you. Unless it's to go the contest hall.
He giggled as Puck decided to pounce on Nala to play since Naoki wasn't playing with him,.
"Seeing even Puck agreed that we should stay in bed for now... so why stay longer and then go eat in like three hours..."
Puck as he started to gnaw on Nala's ear... he was still younger so he play bite at times.

And if we die, I’ll meet you up in ђєคשєภ His sweat dropped a little when Naoki responded by pretending to be asleep. "N-naoki!" He was sort of pleading to be released. There were somemore paw steps on them, followed by a squeek from Nala telling him that Puck was trying to rough-house with her. "Three hours...? You don't seriously plan on sleeping that whole time do you!?" There was some tumbling around atop Vern, and some playful squeeks and purrs coming from Nala. Some more tumbling and playing, and Vern felt Nala crawl up onto him again and lick his face. His cheeks reddened somemore at the coldness of her tongue. Then, more tumbling around with the Lilipup. "Onegai, Naoki-san?" He asked again, eyes growing wide and cute in an attempt to try and get him to let him go. "Also umm... Could you move your hand? It's really not helping me out..." If he got his drift.

"Why not... we can get breakfast and stay in for a bit. No noise and Iris is out wondering around so no interruptions... Let's enjoy it. It's not often I can hold you this without someone knocking on the door." Naoki grinned. "What hand...oh this hand right..."
He moved it by squeezing what he was holding. Which was Vern. "How is it not helping you?" he asked. He was teasing the boy into the admitting why his hand was troublesome. "See Puck is having fun Nala... why can't I have fun with you..?"
Like the puppy pokemon, he nipped at Vern's ear. He wanted to see how red he could make the other's face.
Puck pounced again as Vulpix was distracted, He was going to prove he was the top pokemon in a game of King of the Hill with Vern and Naoki being the hill to conquer.

He was half-asking which hand he was talking about, when Vern's cheeks just turned an adorable, bright, fire-engine red as he "moved" it upon request. "That's not what I meant! And you know it-" He meeped a little when he leaned over to n** his ear. Puck and Nala certainly weren't helping Vern out any as they played King of the Hill. "Y-you know perfectly well how it's not helping!" To the best of his ability, he tried to pull himself away from Naoki -at least his lower portions-, but it really didn't get him very far. "N-naoki-san... Onegai...?" Now trying a new technique, he pressed his forehead against theirs, cheeks still that bright, fire-engine red as he gazed at him with his brown, almond-shaped, eyes. "Onegai...?" However, he kept his lower half away from Naoki's body, at least for as long as possible before he got pulled back in.
"Vul, pix!" Nala squeeked, pouncing on the Lilipup and pinning him playfully to the sheets. Piiiiiiiiix~ She purred, licking him affectionately, before he decided to retaliate with somemore tumbling about. XXYou’re everything I’ve been waiting for

"Damn.... using Japanese in that tone..." Naoki chuckled as he nuzzled into neck as he opened his hazel, the trait he shared with his sister. "All right, I'll let you go. But only cuz we have somewhere we have to be soon. Otherwise Iris will have a fit of some kind. We need to get to the contest Hall.."
He sat up, his chest expose. He was lean in muscle with nearly no fat on him.. He wasn't muscular like those that muscle heads but he had no complaints. He had good genes. "You're lucky I'm such a nice guy... and my sister has a temper."
Puck barked as he tumbled off of the hill once Naoki moved to sit up... "Should we shower together or one at a time?" he said jokingly, knowing very well what the answer would be to that question. He just wanted to have fun with Vern as much as he could.

Vern answered, getting out of bed before he got imprisoned by his friend. Nala quickly joined him. "You can go in first, and I'll make sure that the Pokémon are fed properly. We can't have them going hungry!" He grinned at his friend, slipping on his jeans from the previous day, and going over to their bags to get out some Pokémon food. Pouting for a moment, Naoki moved the blanket over his lower body. It was lucky for Vern that Naoki was in his PJ bottoms. He watched amused as Vern quickly moved from his reach range and started to put on his clothes. Naoki stood with a grin as he wrapped his around Vern's shoulders. "Since you're going down anyway, I'm trusting you to take care of my little ones okay? A little peck on Vern's cheek -and squeeze on his other cheek- and Naoki was on his way to bathroom.
Puck went to the bathroom and wagged his tail. Seeing that Naoki would not be coming out, the Lillipup went over to Vern and wagged his tail.

And if we die, I’ll meet you up in ђєคשєภ He felt some arms wrap around his shoulders, followed by a quick kiss to the cheek. "Don't worry, I'll take good care of them~!" Having now left for the bathroom, Vern picked up the Lillipup and carried him in his left arm, while Nala rode atop his head. In the right arm, he carried some pokemon food and Naoki's other pokeballs. "Alright guys, let's go eat!"
The lot of them headed downstairs towards the main lobby. There, there were some tables to eat at, and some food available for eating for humans and Pokémon alike. He set down Puck and the Pokémon food that he'd made the other day for his team; then he sent out the rest of his team. Toxic-croak. Qwil. Xew-xew! Kiiiiir-liiiiiiaaaa. Next, he sent out Naoki's other Pokémon from their pokeballs, whom were equally glad to be outside finally. "Good morning everybody, how does breakfast sound?" They all cheered excitedly in their own way, and right away Vern set to work getting breakfast out. Some of the Pokémon from both boys surrounded him eagerly, waiting impatiently for their food to arrive. "Hold on, hold on!" He laughed, being trampled by Puck, Valene, Sky, and Qwilfish. Vern was forced to hold up the containers up in the air away from them, but Chichi decided to use Vine Whip to grab the containers, drawing the group away from Vern, and setting the food down somewhere else. This gave the young man time to go get himself some waffles and French toast with maple syrup for breakfast for himself.
He wondered silently, when Naoki would be down to join them for breakfast, and go see Clueless's performance with them later. XXYou’re everything I’ve been waiting for
