The Phior Region does contests a little differently.
Inspired by Lili Donovan.
This contest hall is open just one time in the year.
It is a water ballet.
Each competitor uses four pokemon at a time and participate with them to perform a two minute water skit/play/scene.
Judging is based on poise, coordination, trainer participation, and the elegance of the moves used by the pokemon in the performance.
