Tours are given in the day, 9-5, for tourists to see the entire observatory; from the small museum aspects to the telescope and observatory room itself. A projection room is also attached to the observatory to give a better view of celestial wonders, such as black wholes and meteor showers. To stay the night and observe for yourself what goes on, you'll need special permission from the astronomers or gym leader.
