The lake freezes and melts with the seasons, but the water is always freezing! Some tough water types must live in there; withstanding the cold and all. It's probably not a good idea to walk on it unless you have a pokemon that can pull you back in case you fall through, and even then...

Lili sat cold, silent in her outfit. Her collection of pokemon freely roaming in silence, the still of the air and the lack of sound was a comfort. It was so silent. Like team rocket was never even a whisper near here. Lumia had grown quite a bit. It wouldn't be long before the Hoenn legend would be strong enough to carry its own weight around. Originally, she came all the way out here in this frigid wasteland so that no one would bother her about how she trained the legend. No one pissing about her being too hard or to cruel. If they wanted theirs to die like a soft a**, that's their problem. But it was something about this soundless area that made her sit. She didn't want to disturb it. The blanket of ice was fairer than her own soft skin, and equally as cold as her self. There was something about it that she didn't want to interrupt. Not yet. "I think... If ever I had the gift to influence, I would have made a magnificent emporer," She murmured in reference to Lillith's fall. She wasn't swayed by the over emotional woman with daddy problems. She had joined in purely for the sake of doing whatever she liked whenever she liked. She was gifted with manipulation, but even that had it's raw end. Lillith had no baring influence. There was no promise of anything. She might as well have recruited from the suicide hot-line! But even now, Lili could picture how she could take down each of her peers, and (if it came down to it) each of her own pokemon. A gift for survival.
