A city filled with music. It's been called the romantic city in Phior. Arts and contests usually parade the city, leaving the Gym in the shadows. The only two things that truly don't belong in this city (structurally) are the Gym and Psycho Tower that lays behind it. Ironically enough, the Gym them has nothing to do with romance, beauty, or music. The city was founded by monks seeking inner peace, and built the Psycho tower as a place to find one's self in meditation. However, an old translation error about the city attracted dozens of tourists and eventually deterred away from its original purpose. Needless to say, the Gym Leader and monks of the tower are pretty cold and grouchy.
