The city was once home to Darkrai, and later became a resting place for departed pokemon. The cemetery and Vision Tower still stand as they were when first built. The town itself is a sleepy town like any other, with ghost pokemon playing harmless pranks on visitors. Ghost pokemon also wonder the streets freely. Ironically enough, Eidolon is the number one spot for exporting produce to all other regions of Phior. The Gym and town foundation was built by a person who loved all ghost type Gym Leaders and elite four members (including the Pendant City Gym Leader Evangeline). The people here are usually very spiritual people (psychics, "hippies", ect) who tie themselves in the natural earth or the supernatural; which would explain the fashion and agriculture. The people themselves have picked up on the ghost pokemon's prankster habits, but no one has ever gotten hurt from it.
