I mean like mindless frothing at the mouth no good use for it but to sit in your inventory desperation to gather thousands and bundle your pixelated self with? Mine's definitely the Scarf. I have no idea why.. it just causes a knee jerk reaction in me to want to go sell everything in my inventory to buy more of them.

ok...when I first saw the items I was all woohoo...and then I tried them on...Loved the scarf...wish it was a tad more versatile but hey, who can complain...it's red and uber sexxy lol...but the laptop xp awful thing...kind of white, kind of grey, with a little blue splashed...perfect for the millions of blue and white avatars out there...Just a little too clunky for me....though now that there's this new scarf there is going to be several million red avatars running around as well...hmmm...oh well...I still like the scarf, hate the laptop...
hmmm...mine would be the hard shell pack *if I could pile on a ton, I so would lol* c'mon it's all cute and turtely and allows you to hide in a shell if you so choose...what's not to love?? course I'm a tad obsessed with turtles in RL...I have a habit of stopping my car when I see one in the road and "help" it to cross...I just feel bad for them...cause what defense do they have really against a car?? but yeah, definitely the shell mrgreen

I'll take the flipside. The laptop is an ugly equippable item, but it's also the first item that can be equipped on the avatar as well as the home. I wonder if it will have any extra functions when the quest system comes out. Wouldn't it be cool if it had some purpose? Ditto parasols, like you had to equip one if it rained...
The scarf is nice too, lots of positions, and I can see it being really popular. This is probably the best item release since the Coco kitty back in October.
If anyone's thinking of selling theirs off, I would suggest waiting til tonight. They'll go up in value. They were released at 1 am last night so no one even knew about them til today. They're going for 6 to 7K in the vend right now, but I'd expect it to climb over 7 tonight, maybe hitting 8 or even 9. Hard to tell how popular it'll be til later on.
And if anyone's bored tonight and has a high speed connection, vendwhore! For whatever reason, people sell the letters cheaper than the items usually. One of the items will be worth more than the others. I'm guessing the scarf. But double check the lowest prices later. Then look for letters that are 500 g or more cheaper. Buy, open, get the more expensive item, sell for 500 g profit.
It doesn't sound like much, but on donation day it goes FAST, so you can do at least 20 deals in an hour if you're dedicated. at 500 g each, that's 10K profit in an hour.

Ylenia, I know whatcha mean stressed On the bright side, the item not opening meant the item prices went up. They were barely above 7, now they're over 9 for the scarves and 8.5 for the laptops. I just wish they'd fix this quickly so we could start selling again, cuz the letters are only going for 8.

They're pretty popular from what I can tell. I'm opening up all my letters just in case that glitch happens again though gonk

I love the scarf myself. I'm a huge fan of the oversized red ribbon version. The other styles are good too, but come on! Oversized red ribbons just scream "cuteness"!
Well, I had the scarf for a whole 10 minutes, then I ended up giving it to my brother because it matched his ninja motif better (in Chyaku Norisu mode). I want to get another one because I like the ribbon mode a lot, especially with the motif of my red-and-brown avatar. Time to start peddling stuff off, now... confused
...so cute...

I'm pleased with the items this month. I have one of each. Doubt I will use the ribbon though, just doesn't match the colors I use for my avatar at the moment, but that could change later on down the road 3nodding I like the laptop the best. Mostly because I will be able to put it in my home. (Once I can actually get the saving home thing to work again...haven't been able to change my home since I placed it in Towns gonk )
If I could hoard an item, it would be the kiki kitty. They're just too adorable blaugh

I got my ribbon back again. I have to say, my avatar looks better from the back than the front because of it. But if I flip my avatar around, nobody will see my blazing red coffee cup of utter destruction!
...
Ah well, you win some, you lose some. But the ribbon is still hyper-cute! 3nodding
