If you are going to rent a room or a suite, it is up to you to create the thread for it. If you break any of the guild rules, or any of gaia's rules, in that thread, you chance being removed from the guild without warning.

There are anti-violence spells and wards placed around the entire building, with the exception of the ring in the basement. This is to prevent patrons from injuring or killing one another. All classifications are welcome here, but keep in mind that if you upset the staff, you can and will be tossed out on your rump.
