You can take the Genin Exams in the forums, if you pass with an 80 or above you become a Genin. There are special forums for Crew Members only and you can get upgraded to crew member by passing the Genin Exams. At the Genin stage you will have access to the Genin forums and there waits for you GREAT Contest (Prizes ranging to 100k-900k). Once you pass the Genin Quiz you will take the Chunin Exams. And so on. So please do give it a try.
