When I was in Iraq I ate camel! That was was the most exotic thing I have ever eaten in my life. It tasted..odd and a bit salty *they LOVE salt*. It was interesting watching the female cook for the family, and we had hot tea in the middle of the heat, in the middle of the desert afterwards. The goal is to raise you body temperature so the outside 140+ weather feels cooler. Sorry no pictures. Just was not appropriate, but I wish I did.

That makes sense, did it work? No worries, I am sure I could google ^_^

And I don't think it was that chewy..its been several years, all I remember that it was salty. * I hate salt* gonk

I am not a big fan either, why I like to cook at home. I can control the salt.

Don't know if I could eat a camel. Though I guess if there nothing else to eat you would have to. Plus maybe if one didn't tell you what it was , you wouldn't question it. Escargot - emotion_puke had at Disney. I google a picture- They make where you can't tell too much what it is. Which is good for me or I wouldn't have tried it. But the snail got so happy to see me, it went down my throat first. Which made me not like it because all you tasted was snail. I gave it way to a nice couple. My sister and I made it into a game who to give to. They were so happy . < that not really bizarre just wanted to share. can't think now what else.
