~ The Lyrics and Quotes Game ~

How it Works/ Rules

~ Follow Guild Rules and Gaia ToS of course ;D

~ Basically it will start with my quote or lyric! (You do NOT post an entire paragraph, poem, song, etc. THOUGH you may post something smallish that is over a sentence or two.)

~ The first person will quote me and they can do ANY of the following ...

1.) Quote me with a song or lyric similar to my own (or continue the song if you know it)

2.) Post something along with mine that sounds good with it (and possibly create a nice sounding verse/stanza or so)

3.) Post what you believe the meaning of these words are.

4.) Post a picture (in URL form UNLESS small) that you believe relates to it.

OR

5.) Tell how they make you feel or how you can relate to them.

EXAMPLE OF GAME:

HAGURI POSTED: "I am the mastermind, leaving you all behind, and that ain't no ferking lie" ~ Mindless Self Indulgence (MSI) (Change cuss words as I did if you please, but you do not have to.)

Okay now my response to this is going to be... how the heck did that fit in together? lol xD Nah it's okay hun @_@

Though I suppose I'll try to relate the two, it seems like you were getting a wayyy different message out of my first post than I got out of it. Which is good!

I have a feeling you got that out of "raise your hand to get attention."

Well that could certainly relate to a school criteria no doubt about it, and "No truth, false pretensions..." could be referring to the government hiding stuff in the public school system and only want us to learn what they find suitable, hiding all their imperfections.

This reminds me a lot of the old Indian tale (As in coming from India) of a king named Sibi when he protected the Dove over the Falcon, when the Falcon was wanting to prey on the Dove's poor flesh.

The first, second and fifth lines reminded me of the Tell Tale Heart. Pretty sure that's by Poe? Well basically the guy kills an old man and hides him under his floorboards. Then he can't stop hearing a beating heart coming from where he hid it. Obviously it's in his head but still. Kind of more literal relation there than theme but eh ^^"

I tried to pick lyrics to still work with yours. I know you probably don't think they do but I thought they shared the idea of being haunted by the memory of someone I guess @_@
