when she was a little kid her father had introduced her to magic and the rare book called "Index Librorvm Prohibitorion" which allowed a person from her ancestor's blood line could actually use, the book is just a normal book when read by others. when she first read the book outloud she was able to cast spells that would make her seem like an expert, even though she was not. she cant yet perform any of the spells in the book without reading it, so she still carries the book with her when she needs it (reading off it). the spells in the book she reads can be froom healing, defensive, and attacking(of course it takes time to read the spells)
