History: Having grown up on the ship Cerberus all of his life, Technology has been plenty abundant but also very advanced. Both of his parents work on the ship in one form or another. His mother helps look after food supplies while his father a maintenance worker on the ships heating and air conditioning system for the civilians on board. Unlike both of them though, Dale was able to grasp the fundamentals and slightly more advanced aspects of electronics, making him a prime candidate for eventually being an electrician on the ships complex circuits. Unfortunately by the time he was starting his hands on training, it seemed that A.S.E.A had discovered some mutants. This is where his life would take the more interesting turn

Instead of discharging into pure white light though, the sphere stays in it's electric form and makes impact with the target. The target then feels a large amount of pure electric energy flowing though there body and makes them feel like they were just struck with a metal pipe.

Not even realizing his true potential for understand computers and electronics though, Joult can actually speak and fully understand and communicate with any electronic device and can gain information from them without having to actually hack the system, although sometimes that's still needed anyways.

Sometimes they can move, while other times the magnetic force is just too strong to let them do anything besides breath.
