a while back FUNi sent out C&D letters to people subbing recent licenses they hadn't even announced yet. according to some, Black Cat was listed on at least one of those C&Ds. however, if that is true it was not on one of the C&Ds made public.

since then, two cons have passed with new licenses announced at both, but still no mention of Black Cat. is it licensed? obviously they haven't confirmed it, however, they haven't outright denied it either and animesuki.com still has it off their list.

to be on the safe side, however, treat it as if it is licensed. updates will be made to this as needed.
