Bio:
The bakeneko. Also said to be the mythical cat creature that a nekomata is born from, when the long tail splits into two. This bakeneko might be born off of a deceased body, whether they be dead already or killed by the bakeneko, and has assumed only the birthday and energy of the body to become a being. Neko is indeed a bakeneko. As one, she has lived longer than ten years, gained the powers of what many define as necromancy, and her tail when not hidden extends past her body's length. She seems capable of summing ghostly fireballs, which may very well be the spirits of deceased, fly through magic, enter dreams of others, and shape shift between a semi-human and cat form. Through what she is, she is also immune to all poisons, since you may often find her consuming it. While bakeneko have bad legends surrounding them and their dangers, not all of them are harmful. In fact, Neko is anything but immediately harmful. While she has proved to be dangerous from time to time, she seems benevolent and wishes to be helpful at heart.
It is unknown where Neko was first created, or the deceased girl she was born off of, other than the current appearance of Neko is apparently the appearance of the human girl. One thing is apparent; apparently Neko took the form of the girl only after she was deceased, which means she did not harm or kill to take the body's biology. However she knows nothing of the girl, not even her name, and she claims if she remembered the name of the girl she took appearance after she'd be forced to give up the soul's energy and allow it to pass on with the soul itself.
This necromancing cat girl travels from location to location, usually moving once her residence in a town or city becomes too known or unwelcome. She comes to Mahora out of mere curiosity, enrolling as an orphan student so she can stay on the campus and satisfy her curiosity about the residents and the happenings of the campus. She may or may not even become a help or a hinder as time goes on, to certain people.
Personality:
Neko is an oddball. She's a pretty expressive person, when she approves or disapproves, she shows it, and when she feels something or an opinion about you, she won't hide it. Same applies to when she's happy, relaxed, or even snaps from anger. She's very much like a cat in some of her behavior, but more so a mixture of any feline. Passive, active, sometimes lazy, and fierce. She's energetic, though at times she may end up not wanting to do much anything or passing things up cause she doesn't feel like doing it. In other words, she's a bit of a troublemaker because it's hard to tell her what to do. She literally just comes and goes as she pleases, and does things when she wants.
Now, towards people, she's a slave to her own curiosity it seems. And she loves being around people and getting positive attention. She's pretty affectionate, but it's important to note that showing affection doesn't mean she's attracted to you, since she does this to pretty much everyone she meets and gets to know. She's a space cadet at times, and...may prove to be quite the cloud cuckoo lander at times, but she borderlines between spacy, or just sort of...screw-loose.
Other:
She appears to have insomnia, and never wants to sleep out of fear of her dreams. This causes her to pass out at times if she stays up long enough. Though it could also stem from her ability to invade another's dreams.
She also eats quite a lot. This doesn't seem to be high metabolism or the like, but also related to a bakeneko's ability to eat just about anything regardless of the size or edibility, whether large, or poisonous. This also makes her immune to poisons of any kind, since she finds it edible. Also when occupying someone's dreams, her hoodie takes on more life, the eyes of the hoodie actually changing to show her own expressions, and the ears and tail of it moving. However in dreams, you're more likely to actually see her without the hoodie, you may even see all of her face.
The body's appearance itself, over her left eye there's a noticeable and old scar, as well as a long one across her chest hidden under her clothes. This is supposedly from how the girl herself died, perhaps by accident or force trauma.
She also hates rodents and creepy crawlies, and anything related.
Occupation:
Student
Freelancer [Employable, Supernatural or Normal]
Appearance:
[Her hoodie is her disguise. It contains a charm within that completes withdraws her long tail and her ears from sight through powerful illusion when on. When the hoodie is off, she has regular cat ears, but her tail's length actually rivals her full height. And her cat form is dark brown in color, with a pink marking on her right shoulder.]
