Personality: Maxie is quite childish and often easily distracted. He can be cranky without enough sleep or even too much sleep. He can be quite obedient with those he trusts and works with but they have to be kind to him. The boy can be seen smiling one second and pouting the next and even throwing a fit or crying. This behavior should be often avoided or else Maxie could potentially become dangerously powerful.
Personal Skill: Learning things quicker than most and a photographic memory. Maxie is able to recall any information given to him, regardless of when he was told it.

Hierro: Though it isn't as strong as a high ranking Arrancars', Maxie can stop a blade from cutting him and if the wielder is weak enough, break the blade with his hands.

Extra: Hollow Mask Fragment: Maxies' mask fragment is an over sized sakkat like hat that has to be frequently adjusted. A few strings of bones hang down from the sakkat, often distracting Maxie. The bones are shaped like magatama, a spiritually symbolic bead in Japanese culture.
Number: Though the number isn't really important, the location is on the palms of Maxies' hands, a 6 on each palm.
Hollow Hole: Though the hole is covered, a small hollow hole can be located on his forehead by looking under his red hair and sakkat.

Background History:
• Maxie was previously quite the lonely and playful Hollow, wishing the other Hollows weren't so cruel and cold hearted. He lived in solitude for a while because of his strange look. Maxie didn't look like any sort of animal-type Hollow. He was often seen as a strange monk-like creature, his mask sitting like a hat atop his head and the skull coming down over his face. It was over sized and had to be frequently adjusted because of it's large size in order for the Hollow child to see. Living most of his life running from larger Hollows that threatened to eat him, Maxie was sick of being undermined and looked down upon; despite his size. The hollow child closed his eyes, placed his claw-like fingers into the holes of the veil and pulled; breaking his mask. When he had awakened, Maxie looked at himself, finding that he hadn't really changed much. His clothing had changed but overall, he kept his humanoid appearance. He did however gain a katana that he wears on his back.

What if you made him able to release but he has still not mastered it yet, being young he hasn't has much time to perfect it, so maybe just have him able to release it just unable to use it to its full potential.
