Bio: Vincent was a true Irish from the start, after his father's work forced the family to move from Dublin to London when he was 10, Vincent never backed down from any fight about Ireland or the Irish. In high school he was actively recruited by the RIRA (Real Irish Republic Army) and helped set several smaller bombs. By the time he was 21, Vincent had been involved in almost ten "acts of terror". While on-route to set a bomb in a subway station a pot-hole caused the trigger to be activated giving the four men the car a scant ten seconds to flee. Not hesitating, Vincent had bailed out of the moving car and when police finally declared the area safe, he had been filed as an innocent bystander and was treated for his injuries on the his enemy's dime. After that he traveled to Liberty City and made a small name for himself there as a gun for hire. He owns two apartments, one in Northern Gardens, his 'stash' place, and the other is in Chase Point, his 'clean' house.
