I already knew my parents were against the idea of homosexuality but I thought that they wouldn't mind if I told them I was Bi but yesterday I was talking to them and they know that some of my theater friends are Bi and said there was no such thing as being bisexual. It annoyed me and they kept going, my passive response was, 'It's your opinion' and they got mad at me. My mom told me that if I said that I wasn't straight she'd beat me. Well at least I have other people I can talk to about the real me. I trust my friends more than my family because they wouldn't freak out on me.
