I'll start!
A friend of mine and I got in a debate over the the proper use of Muse Vessel. His argument is that he could play the card exiled for free with Muse Vessel's second ability since it says he can play (cast under the new rulings) the card. My argument is he'd have to still pay the mana cost as it doesn't specify that he doesn't have to, like Intet the Dreamer does.
He is quiet adamant in his argument and will not listen, so I told him I'd find a ruling on this, so if anyone can clear this up I'd really appreciate it. Thankies!
