This thread will be all about the different kinds of ways to lose fat, look younger and have healthier skin.

wich proves that someone who looks healthy on the outside has enough healthy mentality and emotions to stay motivated enough to excersize therefor determining that you must be pretty on the inside in order to be on the outside.

1. I wake up around 6:30am and eat a high protien, low fat, low sugar breakfast every morning, I dont eat the rest of the day and excersize my lower back, upper arms, abs and thighs every night and after ward take a lush shower with my favorite cotton candy body spray - yumm.

2. the best rutine for my body typ is muscle building and just sweating a TON.

- what foods/drinks do you eat/drink before/after excersizing? I drink peach green tea metabolisum boosters from crystal light everyday! all day basically. sometimes milk and hardly any soda.

- what rutines work best for your body type? I'm a dancer, so i'm always getting some sort of excersize in, pole tricks has helped turn my fat into muscle.

- show us some moves!!

oh and i have these natural metabolisum booster chews from GNC that i eat. They don't taste bad at all, i haven't been using them for long but i mean i havent like gained allot of weight or anything. If anything at all i have stayed the same weight, 105/110.
