Cause i use to be a heavy shroud fan before they change the rules so before they started making more hexproofing cards i was very anti hexproof cause at the time it was more trolls and green cards and being a five color i hate having to favor one color to suport the rest it hurts my builds

Why rebuild your deck because of HP vs Shroud?

Unless it's a standard build (in which case you have to rebuild it regularly anyway) there's no reason not to run the best versions of both.

I run Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots, and Champions Helm in EDH decks that need to protect their general and it works fine.

Besides that specific instance, though, I can't think of a time when I'd specifically go looking for anti targeting tech of either kind. I prefer creatures that protect themselves in some way and I'll take whatever ability of that sort they happen to have.
