It was a normal day here in Akira's Office, his lesser seated shinigami ran around planning training session to keep their skills in top shape as Akira ran through his usual paper work. "Finally finished." He said as he sat back thinking over the other divisons wondering who was going to take the Offensive Tactics spot and become the new Kenpachi. The rest of the Captain were probably thinking about the same thing. Akira was getting bored as their wasn't much to do around the Division or in the Human world.
