Appearance: Akira's Shikai is a Long sword and at the end of the sword is a clamp and chain which stays on Akira's arm until he wants to use it. The clamp when thrown would latch on to an opponent giving them a small shock to their nervous system interrupting there nerve endings signal sending causing the target to be immobilized until removal.
Abilities: Generic Ability When the opponent grabs or is touched/Cut/Impaled by the Zanpakuto, it delivers a strong current of electrical energy into their body that is known to disrupt electro impulses through the body for 1 post after striking or however long the opponent is in contact with the Zanpakuto.
Attacks:
• Lightning Manipulation - Ranmori allows Akira to control Lightning. His Long sword creates an intense amount of spirit power which overflows rapidly out from the tip of the blade, creating a flow of Lightning shaped like a dragon. The dragon flies at opponents and instantly electrocuting anything it touches. The power it expels so much energy that its mere release affects the weather creating Lightning Storms.
• Lighting Shielding: By holding the Zanpakuto by the hilt, Akira can turn it to where the blade is facing downward to create a flow of electricity to open up like a wing span to protect Akira all around him, except above or below him.
• Lightning Arc: A large arc of lighting and riatsu is fired at the opponent through a regular slash of the blade. (Can range in sizes depending on power and speed intended.)

Release Phrase:
Appearance: The Longsword now becomes stronger as it changes into a glowing blue material charged with the power of his spiritual pressure. As long as Akira holds the sword or is within range of the sword he shall always glow its light blue color.
Abilities:While in Bankai, Akira's body is fully encased in Lighting on every inch of his body. He is now able to manipulate Lighting in ways he couldn't while in Shikai. The lighting is more powerful and makes Akira quicker and stronger it also increase the power of Lighting Kido due to absorbed and stored lightning from being in Shikai.
Manipulation Stimulation: Ten Raikouben Everything done in Shikai is much bigger, much stronger and much, much more difficult to break through while in Bankai. In his full Bankai state, his spirit has formed wings around him allowing flight and other fast maneuvers. With his Shikai new found power. By increasing and decreasing his spiritual pressure and can command lightning to rain down from the Heavens.
Attacks:
• Partial Dragonian Warrior: Akira would released a prerequisite to his final technique where he would grow a spinal cord similar to that of a dragon made of condensed spiritual pressure. The spinal cord would then follow down Akira’s back forming a tail that would hang down to about 3 ft behind Akira, giving him the appearance of a partial dragon. This transformation, gives him a tail to use in battle as well as speeds up his electro impulses within his body, increasing his reaction time in battle.
• Sennen Ryukouben: Raining Lightning Prison Akira creates 12 pillars of lightning of which encircle him and his enemy. When he turns his sword 180 degrees with the blade facing downward [like in his Shikai protective shield], these pillars then move towards the enemy, enveloping and shocking them with a long intensive concentration of lightning 12 times as strong as being struck by a single lightning bolt. Though this technique is very powerful, it takes a while to prepare, and therefore the temporary blinding, subdue, or distraction of his enemy is needed in order for his attack to be successfully. It would take 3 posts to set up this technique. The technique is so concentrated and define in a well circle that once the bolts reach 5 meters from the center, they close off all possible exits. [Note: Last for a duration of 2 posts; the initial contact and one after the slowly dissipating.]
• Draconian Warrior: Akira's final and most powerful form in Shinigami terms. In basic terms, the spirit the zanpakuto lends nearly all of its power into Akira's body in every way. The Lighting around Akira's body becomes a shield-like body armor, covering his head, torso, back, arms, hands, feet and legs. The wings that sprouted from his back grows in size in the second form, a dragon helm forms over his head and regular plate mail forms over the rest of his body. The armor turns blue in to say it is surging with Electrical energy. Akira's transformation results in massive boosts in speed and stamina. The lighting is more powerful and makes Akira quicker and stronger it also increases the power of Lighting Kido.

Tattoos/scars/birthmarks: Akira has a large birth mark in the shape of his Zanpakuto spirit, Ranmori Ryukouben, across his chest. It’s only the head of the dragon and is said to come alive and move across his body as he goes into Bankai.

Background History:
• Born into the noble house of Hitsugaya, Akira was much like the founder in the sense of not only his Zanpakuto, but lack of dependance upon it. It has been many years since the first creation of the house by Torshiro; many of the members of the house some being adopted into the family orders born into it, like Akira, they followed the same path towards battle strategy while Akira followed the passion of Kido Usuage. Striving from a young age to be apart of Squad 5, he excelled through the academy solely on the usuage of it.
