Really getting tired of trying to clean the house when my mother will just make more of a mess again.
Can't throw anything away.
So what if that moldy jar of pesto is three years old, SHE MIGHT STILL WANT IT.
So what if I tried to give away that damned hello kitty stuffed animal from Vegas, IT HOLDS SERIOUS MEMORIES DESPITE IT JUST BEING SOMETHING I GOT FROM A CLAW MACHINE.
So what if that can of evaporated milk is making it smell like someone stashed old roadkill in the fridge, SHE MIGHT NEED IT TO MAKE SOMETHING.
...honestly. I'm scared to think of what will happen when I move too far away to keep trailing after her with clorox and a garbage bag. And it's just getting worse as she gets older.

I'm going to rant a bit, about my friend, my hero, my father.
You always had to go get yourself in trouble. (ALWAYS) e _ e
Always had to find the most useless (yet somehow always amusing) Gadgets
Always wearing those shorts that were just a little to short. (cringe)
And that dayum fanny pack... (Thing was like a batman utility belt, always had anything and everything. Srsly)
Always making those corny jokes. Some of them being almost lethal. ( x_x )
And of course, always constantly making Star Wars quotes like there was no tomorrow.
Always had those stupid kites in the trunk (The ones you got at like the dollar store and stuff) So that if it was a windy day we could stop by a field or a park and go fly a kite.
Always, Always, Always....
You were just always great...
And the things I would do to have it all back again.
I miss you Dad. I wish you could have been here to watch me graduate, to see me as I grew into a man. To help me work on my first car. To see me start a family. Nothing or No one can ever replace you. So in the end I have a few last things to say.

I am pooped. Had a lot of chicken drama today. Our new hatchling kept screaming it's head off because we couldn't get the temperature right for the brooder. It only shut up for the time I had it cupped in my hands. We also had to upset it more by taping it's feet straight since they were deformed and need to develop correctly.
Finally got all of that settled... only to find that Mean Momma Silkie had attacked my little broody Cochin and plucked all her head feathers off. Poor girlie is all bloody and bald now. cat_crying
Days like this that leave me trying to remember why it's all worth it. Chickens are not a hobby for wimps.

So my brother (not really my brother just close friend) from the marine core is coming town this thursday before he gets deployed I'm excited but at the sme time nervous cuz he said if i didn't have a job before he came back he was going to punch me in the face I don't know if he meant this time or after he comes home from deployment. I hope its after deployment cuz I will have more than two weeks to find a job if he menat this time though..... sweatdrop

I'm at home relaxing with a cup of hot tea, glad I graduated high school so I don't have to deal with immature drama anymore. I turn on the TV and start flipping through the channels. Jersey Shore is on.

It's too bad you didn't like the others. Most of my hens are sweet curious things that will fly up to perch on me and ask for treats or inspect my hair.
