Ok I figured we might as well have a music thread. I mean why not? Everyone likes to talk music. So here is were you can qoute your songs, post your top five, post music related pictures, talk about up and commings of artists, you know all that stuff.

Does anyone know chord progression or music thoery?
I know some of it and am still learning but I was wondering how to develop a chorus from a verse.
Like I wright all my music on my bass and then convert it to gutiar ect.
So if I have a Verse that goes C, A#, G, A#, C how would I build a chorus to it?

Ahh... good ol' songwriting. Teh Boxy's had a little experience with that... not the notes themselves, but I've had about 6 years experience with drums. Gimme a melody and I'll hash together a decent beat and some fills for ye blaugh

Nazgob ok, i was ready to say "you mean you owned a drum set for 6 years."
My drummer is amazingly awsome so her and I commonly create her lines and fills from my bass lines. Becouse I dominate the band and control just about everything. Sounds like some slightly awkward dominatrix action going on there sweatdrop
