 Laying off the side of his bed, the shadow ruler of that castle was on his back on the floor, legs hooked over the side of his bed, hanging upside down. A book in his hands he grumbled, snapping it shut and shadowed it from his hands onto the bedside table. "So boredddd~" Whining he flipped backwards doing a tumble and bounced to his feet, fising his clothes, smoothing them out he sighed turning around and left the room. Passing his servants and calling two of his guards, "we're going into the town...I need some...new pets..." Not that he had ever really gotten any before, but he knew the place to go. Going with the guards he chose, a carriage all ready for him, he got in, the guards in the front of it. Sighing impatient as the carriage pulled off, heading for the town. It took some time but they snuck through to where the shop was. Rows of cages inside the dark old structure, the ones in charge bowing when they saw Ren. Giving a nod he was led around looking at the...product there. He hadn't found anything of interest yet, then the people in charge showed him to a pair they had that were...exotic from the others. Wondering about that, he followed to the cages and stood in front of the two, smirking, he liked how they looked already. "Mhm...they are...interesting..." He knelt looking in at the two. "I want them~" Smirking seeing how the two would react.

  Christopher lived in a country with fluctuating temperatures and the village was in a huge forest. He was a wolf men and as many who lived there, he loved to hunt with his pack and bring lot of good meat food. One morning he just leave his home and turn into a wolf to join his pack that he was trap by a human snare. Without time to defend himself he was asleep, get away from home and put in a cage of very good quality. He was hardly feeds but that does not stop him from jump like a ferocious animal in his cage. He wanted to bend the bars to get out of there. Plus he was stuck near a kitten, he smelt so bad! Christopher did not tolerate the cats, he found that we could not trust them and they were doing everything they can to get what they wanted, which was most of the time food. Then he saw a man approaching, Christopher calmed down, staring at the man of his golden eyes. I do not like this one ... What!? Buy me? but I'm not for sale! I don't care about the p***y but not me! His lips bent to show his big sharp fangs. He was growling and snapping, all to show his disagreement. If the man's hand got too close to the cage, he was ready to jumped to snatch!

  Nathaniel was a black panther… The interesting fact was that he could actually switch to a human form; one that could sometimes either keep its ‘cat’ features or not. He’d always been a loner, minding his own business and just living freely. He didn’t exactly appreciate any type of other creatures, aside from those that ended in his belly…so socializing; he hadn’t done much of that during his existence. He didn’t trust humans…and for good reason! One day, the next thing he knew was how he got ambushed, having a thick and heavy filet thrown over him as bipeds then rushed into taking him away from his ‘home’. Being put in a cage soon enough in some…well in fact he had rather not guess what this place was. Nate had tried getting out, gnawing at the metal bars, furious, though he’d calmed soon enough, the fear taking him over. He’d even panted at some point, like cats in distress do when very afraid. Having shifted to his human form once, his black ears and tail remaining due to the high emotion of stress and fear, naked otherwise, Nathaniel had tried undoing the lock to get out, but a guard had ended up realizing that and had come slamming a metal pole on his hands, Nate scurrying to the back of the cage, panting again, wide eyed, as the human there told him not to try that again. At that, he’d stayed in the rear middle of his cage, his ears down and tail between his legs, it wrapping up around his left thigh. The poor thing was terrorized and nothing on earth did he despise more than cages at this point. The same day he’d switched back to his panther form, not exactly enjoying how people would stare since he was naked, along with having cat features. Within the next few days, he’d managed to stop feeling so panicked, though he stayed in the back of his cage, hoping this nightmare would end. At some point, a dog…no, a wolf had been put in the cage next to his, but Nate had rather pay it no attention…he’d just reverted into being in the total opposite corner while in his cage, staying away from that fierce beast that was trying to bend the bars to escape or something… Welcome aboard… he’d thought, along with thinking he was being quite noisy. Some time after though, a…human, from what he could tell, had been brought towards the two of their cages there, hearing him say how they looked…interesting. "..." The man now being knelt down, Nate didn’t like the ‘I want them’…and especially not that smirk. Lifting from the ground even though, the Black Panther came to the front of the cage, observing the male, not taking his beast like eyes off him. He didn’t trust the human there, but if going with him meant he’d get out of this cage, he definitely knew which choice he’d take. Thus, he like…laid on his side and had his front paws trying to reach through the bars, out to the male, seeming like saying ‘Yes, get me out of here…I'll be nice’. As if he actually could be trusted.

Ren chuckled, watching the two, pleased. Raising an eyebrow at both reactions, seeing the wolf all ferocious, he raised a finger to his lips, waggling it like bad bad, "tsk tsk...aww soooo feisty..." Sticking his tongue out at the wolf, as he glanced back at the panther next to him. He found both animals' reactions interesting, not exactly afraid, more intrigued. Now his eyes on the panther, "Awww...mhm...well you're a little more...sociable," winking as he reached out just the littlest bit and brushed his fingers quick over the panther's paw, not wanting him to attempt grabbing him just in case. After a moment, he stood, impatient, he glared at one of the ones in charge that had led him around, crossing his arms across his chest. "Well....you're still standing here why?" Wanting him to move, since the guy was to bring him whatever he had to sign and pay. Watching him scurry off before coming back with the right documentation for him, he paid and watched the process of the bunch there. Not wanting to risk some issue, though Ren could care less, he watched how they got a pair of small darts, with a sleeping medicine in them. He watched how they managed to get both animals and saw as they dropped off to sleep. Made it easier for travel, just getting them out of the cage and into his carriage. Ren sat in the back where the pair lay on one of the seats of the carriage, he smirked, so tempted since they were sleeping, he reached out, running his hands over both, petting their fur. "Lovely..." He could already imagine he would have some fun with these new...pets.
~Sometime later~
Ren had had the two brought to his room, sturdy, hard to break collars on them, and long chain leashing attached, keeping them hooked to the wall. He kept it that way for now until he was sure neither would try to attack. Smriking and all curious he watched the two waiting for them to wake, laying on his bed looking at them. OMG OMG OMG XD I found Ren, like who he is in a manga...not an anime. Christopher wakes up slowly, it was hard to keep his eyes open. All he remembered was that he was growling and then black. Moreover he opened his eyes he saw the man before his cage earlier, close to him. Now he remembered everything. This man had bought him despite his rage and anger. Christopher was exasperated. Still in wolf form he lay face down, laying his head against the cold ground. He watched the man with a piteous look. But what am I doing here ... Then he smell a so known and hate smell that came to his muzzle. He turned his head sharply. But ... I’m not enough for him! He got up, growling a little after the panther. He started walking before him and then he felt resistance. What else?! Christopher looked at the chain and then he looked at the man and again the chain. Damn it! He shook his head a little and he went in the opposite direction of the kitten as far as he could he lay back down. Cross his front paws and lay down his head on them, staring at the wall.

Nate was glad to catch the human’s attention. Seemed like his reaction was more pleasing to him than that of the wolf. Sociable sounded nice…he’d be getting him out of there soon, right? As the male brushed his fingers quickly over the black furred paw, the panther tried catching the man’s hand, playfully, though pouting from the inside, becoming still an instant as the male on the other side of those bloody bars stood up. Retrieving his paws soon enough and sitting up in his cage, still near the front, Nate looked fixatedly at Ren. One would think that the way he was staring at him was either because he wanted to eat the man whole, or, that he craved to be set free of these metal bars surrounding him. It was the latest case, of course. Not noticing it until it was too late, someone had reached into the cage, kinda stabbing a dart into his right shoulder. He growled ferociously at that, both out of fear and anger, and he was sharp into bringing up his left paw, razor claws out, practically tearing off the hand of the dude there that had dared do this to him. It wasn’t long before he was knocked out cold, though, and the last thing he’d had his eyes on after falling to his side, were Ren’s feet.

Hoarse like growls were coming from the Black Panther each time it exhaled while still in its forced sleep as the feline was laying there on the floor, collar on, chained to a wall. When Nate awoke, he brought a paw over his eyes, kinda trying to chase the sleepiness away, and he rose to his feet afterwards, trying to stay in balance on his four legs as he shook his head, still trying to keep himself awake. Those humans…they drugged me again……and that man…why did he let them do…?! He was upset with the one he’d placed his hopes in…really upset; especially since he didn’t think he deserved being treated like this. He’d been nice, after all…!
Once more awake, Nate looked around, soon noticing the same wolf from before, which was actually growling at him at the moment, and the panther watched as the one of the canine breed walked away…wait, the wolf was chained; did that mean he too?? Kinda jogging away from the wall at that -- and he didn’t get far -- Nate felt the same resistance Christopher had, feeling that pressure around his very neck, and he instantly started to fight against it, ferociously, trying to break himself free. He was roaring and growling, hissing even; soon probably even making Ren doubt the chain -- or rather, the thing holding it to the wall -- was solid enough for this newly feisty one……and well, it wasn’t. As the link broke, Nate was sent rolling away in the direction he’d been tugging towards to, soon getting back on his paws and he then quickly looked around, searching for an exit but that on which his wild eyes landed were into nothing else than Ren’s blue hues. At that, the panther stared, and a second later it was walking along the opposite wall, indirectly getting closer to the bed on which the male was, and once it was before it, collar still on and leash dragging onto the floor, Nate sat at the bed’s end, seeming like he’d be ready to bounce onto the bed and attack the man there any second… Though in fact, all Nathaniel wanted was that bloody collar off. His tail taunting from left to right behind him was hitting the floor now and then, irritated and anxious like he now was. He was waiting though, but knew deep inside not to trust humans… Thus, he ended up bouncing, but onto one of the canopy bed’s poles, climbing it like if it was a small tree and darted up, soon getting onto the top, which was solid and he went to the middle of it, laying down, trying to get the collar off with his rear paws first, and then his front ones… Noticing soon enough that that wouldn’t do, he hesitated at first but did finally shift to his human form, quickly trying to undo the collar, wishing he’d find some way to escape afterwards…but as long as the male who’d bought him was there, he wouldn’t just be getting down from the top of that canopy bed.
Having managed to get the collar off, he exhaled, glad it was finally off, and sent it over the edge, the collar falling to the floor next to the bed. Afterwards, Nate sat up up there, bringing his knees up which he held against his bare chest, being naked once again, and he watched around and listened to every sound, wondering what was going to happen next.

Ren had sort of laid there on his bed watching as the wolf was the first to wake, smirking a bit, curious with how he acted, at least not snarling and trying to attack him at the moment, a little calmer then he was earlier. "Aww...still so feisty...now now, don't want you attacking each other," hence the chains. Watching as the wolf went to lay down in his own little space. Though he wasn't expecting what the panther had done, pushing himself to a sitting position a little wide eyed looking down at the animal that basically had a freak out, breaking the chain's hold on the wall. 'Impressive...but dangerous...' Kind of in a staring contest with the big cat, prepared in case he did try to attack, the panther would get a surprise as Ren wasn't a normal human. Making a hmph noise when the cat was up on the canopy and didn't seem like he'd come down, Ren pouted, "Aww...well that's no fun..." Looking around, Ren was looking for something to use, soon seeing one of the tassels on the curtains. Grabbing that, it was that puff stringy end with a longish rope part. Smirking wondering if he could get his attention that way. He leaned over, holding the end of the rope and swung the other end up, the tassel on top of the canopy now, and he shook it having it swish around like a cat toy. "Come on~ You can trust me~" He cooed to him.

Christopher was thinking to let him die of hungry. At least his torment would soon be over! Then he was no longer able to reflect with the din that the kitten was doing. He turned his head to see what this stupid double face cat doing. But hey! Are you going to be over soon...I can’t even think! Christopher got surprise when the chain dropped. Why I have not tried this ...? Then he came round eyes like apples when he saw the cat take out his collar. Smart that cat... finally... he does not look like that quickly. As the man was busy playing with this mischievous animal, Christopher became a human, he removed his collar in total silence and then he turned back into a wolf. He hid behind a sofa that was in the room. He looked around subtly. The bedroom door was shut ... he could not go out quietly. He watched the man who seemed to want to bond some link with the kitten ... I doubt this is a good idea man ... you're smarter than that! He will give you a stab in the back when you less expects it... The loyalty of Christopher comes back to the surface. This man had still taken him out of this awful cage. And he seemed to want to take a good care of them. He do one steps forward, towards the man, as if was ready to pounce on the cat if he dare attacked the man.

Tensing lightly at hearing Ren’s voice, remembering it alright, Nate still didn’t intend on coming down, even though the male thought that that was no fun. Too bad for you, meanie… thought he, still hurt the man hadn’t stopped the other humans from drugging him with that bloody dart. That sting was way more painful than a mere mosquito bite! He pouted at the thought, rubbing his right shoulder, where he’d been stung with that dart. The panther boy paid attention as hearing the human being move around, but what caught his whooole attention was that puff stringy thing at the end of some longish rope that appeared on the canopy top, the thing swishing around. Nate’s pupils had became as small as a needle’s head, though hearing Ren say ‘ come on~ you can trust me~’ all cooed like it was, the younger male shook his head, trying to convince himself he wouldn’t be fooled with such a dirty trick, but his eyes soon laid back on the puffy end of the rope… Black panther ears and tail popped on as Nate swung forward, claws out trying to catch that bloody taunting rope, soon being dragged to the edge of the canopy top and tried snatching the rope in a last attempt as it fell off the edge. He even did a little nyan-like squeaky sound as he missed it, almost purring by now but his heart skipped a beat as his eyes landed once again in Ren’s blue hues. At that, Nate retreated slightly, now holding himself with both hands on the canopy top’s edge, claws slightly digging into the wood as he came peeking down cautiously looking at Ren once again, almost blushing as he couldn’t help but admit himself this time that he in fact thought deep inside that the male was very good looking, and that’s when he noticed the wolf not so far away from the man, blinking at seeing the beast being collar free, wondering when that had happened, and, thinking himself now that the wolf might attack Ren, Nate had his full face showing from off the top of the canopy bed as he stared into the wolf’s eyes, hissing threateningly at him, hoping the human there would pay attention to the wolf also, just in case it would attack. Really, by now, Nate had forgotten he was in his human form.

Ren had kept his door locked, he wouldn't have made it so easy to attempt escape. Not realizing what the wolf had done, as he was toying around with the panther. Smirking when he knew he got the big cat's attention, kinda tugging him over and feeling it with the weight behind it from when the panther grabbed hold of the tassle. Hearing the little noises from him, about to toss the tassle back up but distracted now by all that was going on. He had seen finally the wolf advancing from the corner of his eye, though now hearing the panther's attention on the other now too. "Now now....I'd rather no fights going on..." Murmuring, he wasn't exactly afraid, and he knew why, since he could defend himself easy. Sliding off the bed, standing there now, he extended a hand out, towards the wolf to come near. His attention also turning up to the panther on the canopy, momentarily wide eyed in his surprise, "well now...I knew you two were interesting..." Smirking quite pleased, looking from one to the other, already on the assumption that the wolf was like the panther kid too. His hand still out for the wolf, looking up at the panther boy, "now now, why don't you come down...everything's alright~" Still cooing to him to entice him down. Frankly he was now feeling that urge to want to pet them both and well, among other things, as he looked over the panther male. But, he could wait on that, mainly he wanted to get them to warm up to him. Still standing between them, "Mhm, now I'm certain you two must be pretty hungry about now...behave and I'll call for niceee fulll plates of food, you'll both feel so good after." Just cause their stomachs would be nice and full then.

Christopher looked at the kitten who was now in human form. He has forgotten that he was naked and human, or what? More the cat was moving more Christopher was see him naïf and insignificant. He would also in human form that he would laugh to see him do so. Finally he may be a threat to himself... Christopher turned his gaze to the man, he spoke about food. He came and sat at his quoting lowering his head towards the hand he was offering to him. I knew he would take care of us ... although I would prefer to be alone with him... He did not realize it, but he was shaking his tail happily. He was eager to eat and also to dress, it was not always convenient to be a wolf. Now he had the attention of the man he did not care about the kitten anymore. He dealt only with his new master and he accepted it as well.

As Ren said that he had rather no fights going on, Nate had reverted into hiding part of his face again, just glancing at the male, then to the wolf and back at the man, his ears going down, darting backwards. Noting how Ren appeared wide eyed when looking up at him, Nate’s ears perked up again, wondering what had the male say that, too and -- Drat! That’s right; he was in human form! Well…at least the human there seemed anything but unpleased with that fact… Yet, having Ren suggest him to come down, that everything would be alright, the panther boy was tempted -- it was those blue eyes’ fault -- but he looked back at the wolf, narrowing his eyes, not exactly liking how those two down there were trying to get along… Why share the blue-eyed man? No -- no…that came out wrong; why trust the blue-eyed man? Yeah…that was the matter, nothing else… Or rather, Nate was trying to convince himself of that. Anyway, eyes still narrowed, the panther boy’s ears went backwards again, listening as Ren mentioned food… Indeed, he was very hungry…but he didn’t feel like coming down. Hmphing, Nathaniel went back to the middle of the canopy’s top middle, kind of glaring into nothingness, towards the wall there, sitting there with his legs crossed, his tail moving about, hitting the wood now and then, indicating he was annoyed. Behave… Will I be granted a dart again this time?? All huffy at the thought.

Ren smirked having his attention more on the wolf for the moment, seeing as he came closer, moving his head towards his hand. Soon reaching more, he ran his fingers over the top of his head, petting the wolf, feeling through the soft pale fur. "Beautiful~" Murmuring to about the nice soft and pretty colored fur. Still petting him as he turned his head looking up at the sulky panther boy on his canopy. He did a little tsk at him, "Aww...well this won't do~" Making a little flourish with his free hand, suddenly a ball of shadows swooped down around the panther kid and scooped him up, wrapping around him and brough him down to where Ren was with the wolf.

Ears barely twitching at hearing an ‘Aww…well this won’t do~’; Nate was being stubborn into not coming down from the canopy top. One thing he hadn’t seen coming though, were those shadows… W-w-w-what’s this?! and he was wide-eyed, doing a little “Eeeek!” sound, body all tensed and he even scratched/dug his claws in, almost hysterically at the canopy top’s wood, trying to escape from the shadows but there was nothing to do. Next thing he knew, he was down with the…man; not to say human anymore as as much as he knew, normal human beings couldn’t use such a thing as shadows, for god’ sake! and down with the wolf as well. Poor Nate’s heart was racing high speed with the fright he got from this shadowy trick, still wide eyed and staring into Ren’s eyes, not moving a muscle nor blinking, on the verge of starting to pant again like those overly afraid felines would. He didn’t know what to say nor do, but he did know he wouldn’t be so inclined into not listening to Ren from now on… F-f-f-fine…I’m down…now what?! Really, he wasn’t used to being around other people. The only place he’d ever really felt at ease was at ‘home’…and anything like cages or chains freaked the hell out of him.
