 On a hilltop over looking the city Cassie sits down as a butler pours out some wine and she waits her date. The scene is beautiful and the night air cool and crisp. She gently combs through her hair with her left hand awaiting for her date to approach. Typically Cassie wouldn't be doing something like this but it was for charity after all. Besides, Pete never seemed like a bad guy though Cassie honestly didn't know him that well.

*Webslinging in formal attre was . . . a bit challenging. He'd actually gotten some assistance from Tony in that respect, though. It moved a little more freely, and at the very least, he was making good time.*
*He really wasn't sure exactly WHY he'd bid on Cassie, aside from the fact that she had always seemed really nice to him. Hey, she was also a teenaged superhero, so that was something they had ion common, right?*
*He WANTED to make some sort of flashy entrance. Land with a flip, or something, but that sort of thing? It always felt easier when he was wearing the mask. As it was, he simply touched down utside, and rang the doorbell.*

The door was answer by Ferdinand, a minotaur who was also Diana's personal chef.
"Oh, hello Mr. Parker we've been expected you."
Ferdinand let Peter in and guiding him to the back where Cassandra was sitting at a table waiting for him. Seeing him, she smiled gently, he didn't look half bad out of uniform.
"Hello Peter. I'm glad you could make it."
There was seat right across from Cassandra for Pete to sit and Ferdinand went to go get their dinner.

You know, I really shouldnt be surprised to meet a minotaur and all? I mean, I've met Thor ad Hercules, so I know that "mythological" beings really do exist. It's just kind of surprising sometimes, you know? That said, he seems really nice.
Anyway. I wouldn't have missed it! I just wanna say. Out of all the Teen Titans? You're definitely one of my favorites. You and Static? But . . . I guess he doesn't count any more, does he? Anyway. You're definitely cuter than he is whee

Cassie giggled a little.
" I have to say this is the first time I've seen you a suit. It looks good on you... I was thinking of maybe dinner then a little team up crime fighting"
Ferdinand brought out their dinner. Steaks, with cooked veggies and mashed potatoes.
" That is as long you don't think a cute blonde will distract you."

I . . . actually borrowed the suit from Tony. It was that or wear one of Uncle Ben's, and . . . well. As much as I love and miss him? I just can't wear something from the pre-disco era.
Cute blonde partners CAN be really distracting? But it's a risk worth taking.
So, I was wondering. If Diana ver retires, are you going to inherit her mantle? Because I think that'd be really cool.

" Um... Well, I'm more like second in line. I'm sure Donna would take up Diana's mantle before I would... but it'snot something I like to think about. I would rather just have fun, kick bad guy butt, and hang with my friends. The whole Wonder Woman mantle is kinda intimidating ... I mean Diana made herself a legend."
Cassie took a sip of water and then looked at Peter.
"Yes, I need to talk to Mr.Stark... I've been waiting on the new Avengers movie forever and May seems so far away"

Oh, man! I almost forgot about that! I was kind of focused on Star Wars n 3D? And I don't care what anyone says about podracing or Jar-Jar. I'll watchthat lightsaber duel at the end every time. Plus it's gotta be better than another Nick Cage a Johnny Blaze movie . . .
But umm. Yeah, I think the best part about the Avengers is that we don't have to go through the origins. At least for mopst of 'em.
*He stopped for a moment.*

"Yeah, I'm a little jealous as there has yet to be a Justice League movie or a Wonder Woman movie. Although I suppose finding the right actress to fill Diana's shoes could be difficult."
Cassie ate a bit then looked at Peter.
" Yes I know. But it's for the better good. I just feel awkward trying to live up to the standards Donna and Diana have set.Although I have heard that you have some pretty sweet moves yourself Peter."
As they finished eating Cassie stood up.
"So how about we go on patrol together? I wanna see you in action."

Well . . . I've taughtmyself a little bit here and there The spider-sense helps a LOT to know when to get out of the way. Then it's just . . . guessing which way to go.
Alright, patrol. This . . . actually sounds ike it's gonna be really fun tonight 3nodding
