~Steel Release: Liquid Steel Manipulation> Any steel melted down by the user and has the user's chakra within it can be used and manipulated similarly to how garra manipulated sand.
~Steel Release: Steel Dome> The user places their hands on the ground causing a steel dome to appear over them and anyone near them, acting as a form of defense. The length and height of the dome various by the amount of chakra used to make it. The dome can also be created with various holes within it of varying size.
~Steel Release: Steel Clubs> User transform their arm or leg into a large steel club, increasing punching and kicking power. They can also create multiple smaller clubs from the end of the original, hitting many enemies at once, are capable of changing the size and length of the clubs they produce at their whim, and are able to detach them from their body. Also, for added manoeuvrability and to take opponents off-guard, the club can be rapidly turned into the similar Steel Swords technique.
~Steel Release: Steel Sword> the user transform their arm or leg into a large, jagged steel blade. The spikes along the blade's edge make its slashes more painful and dangerous, and the weapon's length can be increased to reach enemies away from the user. the sword can also function like a chainsaw, effectively increasing its damage.
~Steel Release: Steel Restraints> creates steel restraints to immobilize his opponents by attaching them to surfaces. These restraints consist of a flat part with a hole, meant to immobilize the victim's limb, and come with some bolts, which secure the flat parts, and thus the victim, to the chosen surface.
~Steel Release: Widespread Ruin>makes steel spikes rise from the ground in front of the user and grow towards his targe.
~Steel Release: Widespread Massacre> makes steel spikes grow from the ground and around the user in a 360 degree radiu. The spikes Also have other spikes growing in random directions upward, from it.
~Black Steel user> Able to user a black version of steel that is harder than normal steel. Also allows him to use the techniques above in a black steel version of themselves.

Background Information:
Deon was raised by his parents who were aided by the members of the Tekko clan. Deon was always a wild child, who loved to play with his steel capabilities and because of that he developed the use of the steel release much faster than others his age. His creative mind caused for the creation of the black steel release after hearing about the legendary black lightning of the raikage's of the lightning village. By the time he became a teen he began to mellow out and calm down by a lot. He was able to became a Jounin early because of his skill and by the time he was 20 he became a Sannin of his village.
